Brotherly Love Tonight, a pair of brothers who happen to be fathers will take on the mother of all stunt shows in hopes of bringing a $1,000,000 check home to their daughters, but it ain't gonna be easy, son. Let's meet the players, from Lenoir, NC, RICHARD & RANDALL NORMAN! LEVEL 1: HOOP DE LOOP: The contestant must roll hula hoops across the stage to ring three soda bottles. And as always... "Failure to complete this task in 60 seconds may result in ELIMINATION." First attempt (Richard)... COMPLETE! (:32, $1000) LEVEL 2: KER-PLINK! OR PLUNK!: The contestant must bounce marbles into three makeshift vessels in a punch bowl filled with water. Using the proper trajectory will result in a "ker-plink", but a marble in the water will result in "ker-plunk". First attempt (Richard)... COMPLETE! (:23, $2500) LEVEL 3: FIELD GOAL:
As a team, the contestants must construct a field goal upright by balancing six
plastic cups on a yardstick that is being balanced by another plastic cup. This
must be held for a three count. Second attempt... COMPLETE! (:15, $5000) LEVEL 4: SPLITTER: The contestant must throw a CD underhand so that the edge embeds itself into the edge of half a watermelon 10 feet away. And as an added spur, a third brother, Myron, is
added to cheer the other two on. FINAL attempt (Randall)... COMPLETE! (:35, $10,000). LEVEL 5: WALRUS: The contestant must transfer three marshmallows from one table to another, creating a stack in the process, using the pincer action created from two coffee stirrers. Only attempt (Randall)... COMPLETE! (:15, $50,000) LEVEL 6: PONG5: The contestant must bounce five ping-pong balls in a row into a glass ONCE in 20 attempts. Only attempt (Richard)... COMPLETE! (:49, $75,000) LEVEL 7: BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE: The contestant must reassemble a cereal box cut into 16 squares. Only attempt (Richard)... FAIL (TIME OUT, GAME OVER). But the brothers leave with $50,000 to split. Hopefully not with CDs. "Minute to Win It" returns after the Stanley Cup Finals. Enjoy the hockey.
