Redemption: Part 2 Last night, season 1 loser Heather Barker returned to the 60-Second Circle for a second shot at a million. So far, she has banked $1000 and passed THREE levels, BUT she has no lives remaining as she tries to bank the $50,000 AND an extra life in... BLUEPRINT BONUS LEVEL 5: ON THE HOOK (1UP): The contestant must use a chopstick in their mouth as a rod and a paper clip as a hook to catch FOUR keys. And in this particular case... "Failure to complete this task in 60 seconds WILL result in ELIMINATION." EXTRA TIME ACTIVATED. FINAL ATTEMPT... COMPLETE! (:02, $50,000, TWO lives remaining) LEVEL 6: LAYIN' TRACK: The contestant must place clips of staples to form a track on a slanted table, going over three sections of erasers. Then they roll a marble down the track in hopes that it lands in a glass 12 feet away. First attempt... COMPLETE! (:13, $75,000) LEVEL 7: CADDY STACK:
The contestant must use one of 350 dimples on a golf ball to stack three of them
for a three-count. LEVEL 8: MAG-NUTSTACKER:
It's the classic MTWI game turned on its head, as the contestant must now
assemble the six-story nutstack using magnets to create a chain. LEVEL 9: GET FORKED: The contestant must roll quarters a distance of 16 feet (4.9 m) in an attempt to land one between two prongs of an upside-down fork 3/16" wide. First attempt... FAIL (TIME OUT, ONE life remaining) FINAL attempt... FAIL (TIME OUT, GAME OVER). But Heather leaves with $250,000, which is precisely $250,000 more than what she left with the last time. Talk about redemption. Alas, Supercoin will have to wait for another day. Maybe next time...
