Episode 4.16 - Summer Sneak Peek
June 21

You've frozen through the winter... You've sneezes through the spring... Now it's batter up for some Big Ball action! Welcome to the summer of WIPEOUT!

Tonight, the Qualifier consists of...

- The Wipeout Wall.... watch the P and the U, they're real Bs and As.
- Drivers' Ed... Three steering wheels with triple airbags.
- The Big Balls... A brand new Motivator this season is made up of... Big Balls.
- The Jiggle-Lator... Two bridges and one chasm of death.
- The Double Barrel... a double wheel consisting of a red side and a blue side.

We start as always with 24. We end, as always, with the 12 best times.

- Rachel "Whitey" Maurer
- Glenn Pinto
- Cybercop Ryan Hamlin
- Brigid "The Jingler" Schmidt
- Jon "Cutoffs" Crenshaw
- Jasmine "Dazed & Confused" Pratt
- Dapper Emanuel Robinson
- Josh "Shaggy" Jordan
- Demontray Hawkins
- Emily "Crazy Arms" Kooiman
- Thomas Henley
- Jimmy "The Total Package" Mattingly

The 12 remaining players will stand 10 feet above the water and do their damnedest to avoid three orbiting revolving rings. Last six on board will win a trip to the next stage. Last ONE will win a bonus of $1000.

- Rachel "Whitey" Maurer
- Brigid "The Jingler" Schmidt
- Jasmine "Dazed & Confused" Pratt
- Dapper Emanuel Robinson
- Emily "Crazy Arms" Kooiman
- Jimmy "The Total Package" Mattingly - $1000 BONUS

It's a giant toy! How to work it? Swing onto the spinning platform via the Swing Set, then move past the Sweeper Stops, then slide down Chutes & Splatters to the finish while avoiding the windmill. We'll play three rounds, and the winners move on to the Wipeout Zone.

- Jasmine "Dazed & Confused" Pratt
- Dapper Emanuel Robinson
- Jimmy "The Total Package" Mattingly - $1000 BONUS

It's the moment you've been waiting for. Only one thing stands between our players and $50,000... A BRAND NEW WIPEOUT ZONE!

- The Towering Flume of Doom: Slide onto the course on this incredibly high, incredibly steep waterslide.
- The Iron Mazen: get from the yellow side of the maze to the red... while it's spinning... vertically.
- The Axle of Evil: hold onto the rotating turrets as long as you can until you make it to the other side and the final obstacle...
- The Great Wall of Fall: the pillars drop. Hopefully you won't.

There's a check in the amount of $50,000 American cash money waiting for the person with the fastest time.

The bottom falls out on the dapper Emanuel Robinson first. He tries to go out the in-door of the Iron Mazen, but that won't work. He has too much momentum coming out of the Axle of Evil. Second time's a charm. Onto the Great Wall of Fall. No toe hold to be found. He clocks in at 10:42.

Open the trap and let gravity do the rest for the Total Package, Jimmy Mattingly. Remember, he has $1000. And he has six minutes going into the Iron Mazen. He's still in it, though. He had the pace, but he doesn't have the grip for the Axle of Evil... and "I'm done!" It's over. Jimmy Mattingly leaves with $1000.

... but will Jasmine Pratt leave with fifty times that? She BARELY makes it past the Iron Mazen. She takes a tumble... and another... and another. 30 seconds to get to the Great Wall of Fall. She's NOT going to make it. And the DAPPER GENT EMANUEL ROBINSON GETS CREAM TO MAKE HIM LOOK GOOD, $50,000!

It's the first Wipeout of the summer, but not the last. Come back Thursday for more of that good stuff... Until then, good night... and big balls.
