Semifinals: Harris/Kaczmarek/Marin
May 5
Every month this season, three celebrities came
to play... Only one would win and be crowned among the best. Now it's time see
who's the best OF the best. And at the end, one celebrity will win $1 million
for their charity. Win today, and you move on to the final level, where the
$50,000 you won in the prelims could be transformed into $1 million. Lose... and
you go home with another $50,000. Any and all monies will be determined by how
far up the ladder a player goes.
Last time, Michael McKean followed up his
championship-worthy performance in the prelims with a win over Isaac Mizrahi and
Charles Shaughnessy in the semis. Now he and Jane Curtin are on Finalists' Row,
awaiting the winner of THIS match...

pushes the limits of decency. "What is a shock jock?" CORRECT for $6800!
Daily Double #2: $1200 Mayors. Jane
has $8600 in third, and she can make it a nice match. "$5000! Wait, that's too
much!" Too late, the bid is locked. Here's the clue. In the 1800s, Josiah
Quincy, his son & grandson all served as mayor of this capital. "What is

Now we can talk about
strategic wagers all we want, but the truth is that in semi-final play,
you play to win. That's where Jane fell a bit short and Cheech rose to
the top. A great play by all three as we look forward to the final stage
with these three Hollywood squares...
Final play starts tomorrow!
