of 5th Grader, an RN who was a police officer and a PhD gets his crack
at the million and a chance to add "millionaire" to his CV.
That man, a 45-year-old RN who attended Walt Whitman Elementary in
Tulsa, OK... STEPHAN SCOGGINS. He has a PhD in public health and was a
police officer.

Chinese, that means "stupid chicken."
