Last time, two players came into the classroom. Monica Lewis left with nothing, while Tom Kresnov left with $50,000 and news of an upcoming attraction... his new baby.

Now it's a special day at AYS Elementary, as returning to the class is Laura, who is now starring on the Fox Wednesday sitcom "Back to You". (C-Note: so either this is a trick of editing a lost ep from season 1, or Laura's genuinely taking a break to sit in with some old friends).

First player up is a 26-year-old accountant from the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School... ERIC MOORE. He goes by "E". Before we get into the game, a word from Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School... "We hope you're smarter than a 5th grader, E!"

E says "Ladies first." It's all Alana to start.

1st Grade US Geography $1,000 PEEK COPY SAVE
Which ocean borders the state of Georgia?

Hey, Jeff knows one of these!

E goes with Atlantic... Correct for $1000.

(C-Note: And judging by the screen at the back of the audience, I can safely deduce that this was a trick of editing of a previous lost episode. But back to the game)

1st Grade Grammar $2,000 PEEK COPY SAVE
What is the common noun in the following sentence? "I saw it in the city of Buffalo."

Alana is locked in. He goes with "I". "I"... is not right. Correct: "City." Alana needs to have "City" written or else it's bye bye E...

"The" will not do it. E is outta here with nothing.

Next is a 37-year-old produce sales rep from Orlando, MELANIE JOHNSTON.

First up to help Melanie is Alana.

... Not it. And it's not Abraham Lincoln either. The correct answer is Herbert Hoover, gotten by three out of the four remaining classmates.

Will anyone get off the schneid today? Next student is from Emery Elementary in Buena Park Elementary. She's a 42-year-old sales rep by the name of LINDA SYPIEN.

Starting up the game with Linda is Alana.
