Season
Finale (or "Clash of the [Slightly Inebriated]
Dancers")
December 16
Last night's performance program took no
less than an hour to do nothing but dancing. Tonight, 2 hours will
determine who'll be the champion to wrap up the 2009 calendar year.
Let's get to it.
It all begins with a group dance done by Kelley Abbey from "Superstars
of Dance" fame, and along with the usual 3, we have Debbie Allen, Tyce
Diorio and Lil' C. Just like the finale, the judges get to pick and Lil'
C picks a hip-hop routine from Kevin, Legacy & Russell.
Adam chose Jakob & Evelyn's jazz routine and Nigel picks Bianca, Peter &
Phillip's tap routine, and mention Sandra Colton from season 1. Mary
chose Ashleigh & Ryan's jive they did themselves.
Performances! This time, it'll be "X-Factor" winner Leona Lewis doing
her new song from "Avatar," and the Groovalos dance for your pleasure.
Nigel picks Desmond & Dwight's contemporary dance for Kathryn & Jakob,
and Tyce picked a Bollywood routine for Nathan & Mollee. In 6th place
is.................Ryan.
I don't know what to say, but Adam Lambert is performing. He's shaking
off the controversy and his album is riding high. After a retrospect of
the past season, 5th place goes to...........Ashleigh.
Adam gets to pick Ellenore & Legacy's contemporary routine and Debbie
picks Noelle & Russel's routine. Russell is injured, so we get to see
one from the archives. 4th place goes to.....Ellenore.
Lil' C chose the contemporary routine from the "Meet The Top 20" special
and Mary chose the hip-hop routine from last night. After Mary J. Blige
sings "I Am," Nigel chose a Wade Robson routine form the "Top 20"
special. We award the bronze medal to............
............
Kathryn. It's down to either Jakob or
Russell.
J-Lo came to perform with the top 20...and there was no fall-down. Thank
god. Earlier this year, Jeanine Mason won season 5. This season,
it's...............

Russell Ferguson!
Congratulations to Jakob being the runner-up, but Russell outlasted them
all to become the best dancer in America. It's time for season 6 to get
out. We hope you had a best season, and we'll see you in either the
spring or summer. My name is Pierre Kelly, and it's been fun.
