Baltimore Final 1
August 4

Last week, a shcoker in Venice as longtime Ninja Warrior veteran Brent Steffensen failed the Salmon Ladder and failed to secure one of 100 seats on the bus to Vegas. His loss... 15 others' gain, as Dustin Rocho, James McGrath, JB Douglas, and David Campbell, among others, are on their way to Midoriyama. Now the attention shifts to Baltimore on the road to an AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR!

BALTIMORE
Inner Harbor

Joining the qualifier course are three new obstacles...

- QUINTUPLE STEPS
- DOWNHILL JUMP
- PRISM TILT
- SWING JUMP
- CIRCLE CROSS
- WARPED WALL.
- SALMON LADDER: One rung, as many planks as it takes to reach...
- RUMBLING DICE: Maneuver a box frame by moving it hand over hand, rung over rung.
- BODY PROP: A Sasuke Stage 3 classic, wedge yourself onto two planks and shimmy your way to the other side.
- SPIDER CLIMB: Wedge yourself inside and climb three stories to finish the course.

Thirty will run the course. Only the top 15 will advance to the Final Sasuke. Remember, win-and-in is still in play. Hit the buzzer, go to Vegas.

First up tonight...

- Marc Namie (34; Hopkinsville, KY; flight instructor/military veteran): FAIL Salmon Ladder
- Chris DiGangi (22; Brick, NJ; financial analyst): FAIL Salmon Ladder

Andrew Karsen was stunned by the Warped Wall. Stephen Pullen and Brandon Mears failed the Salmon Ladder.

- Tony Torres (31; Abingdon; MD; parkour gym owner): FAIL Downhill Jump
- Travis Weinand (29; Philadelphia; artist): FAIL Body Prop
- Dan Polizzi (31; Oswego, IL; firefighter): FAIL Salmon Ladder
- Andrew Lowes (30; Fort Wayne, IN; gymnastics coach): COMPLETE! (3:33.37)
- Dan "Hotdog" Moschella (28; Cedar Knolls, NJ; carpenter): COMPLETE! (3:37.73)

Robert McFarlane was denied by the Warped Wall. Adam Grossman and Seth Caskey both ended their night on the Body Prop.

- Michael Needham (24; Flemington, NJ; golf course landscaper): FAIL Body Prop

Last run of the night is...

- Jeffrey Tan (26; Flushing, NY; rope access technician): COMPLETE! (3:23.37)

And we have three guaranteed national finalists...

Meanwhile, we congratulate THESE 15 athletes for earning their trip to Las Vegas.

LEADERBOARD

1) JEFFREY TAN
2) ANDREW LOWES
3) DAN "HOTDOG" MOSCHELLA

The Baltimore finals continue with the next 15 on NBC tomorrow. Let's all be there.
