4 Chefs Compete Last time, Ramsay walked out... then walked back and told Gail, who went from first to worst, to take his place. That leaves only the final four. Everyone seems to think that Trev will be the next to go, but as Russell says, the biggest competition is with himself. Next up, Trev & Jillian compete against Russell & Nona to make a great dish in 30 minutes. While they're doing that... Ramsay's in the RED kitchen prepping... CHALLENGE #13: Taste It/Make It (palate) See that dish that Ramsay made? Now YOU'RE going to make it. You have 45 minutes. While Russell, Nona, and Jillian are sure of their ingredients, Trev hedges his bets. The dish... Veal Loin Medallions with Pancetta & Napa Cabbage, Carrot Puree and Port Wine Sauce. Winner... NONA! She's going to have a spa day in Beverly Hills. And with that comes a surprise: new cookware and Ramsay's new book. Meanwhile, the others will do the laundry. NOW... Nona can save someone from laundry day. She saves... Big Russ... who hits on every aestheticist he can find. Meanwhile, Trev and Jillian have a plan... Russell and Nona are going up for elimination. No matter what. It's more of a strategy move than anything else. Before service, Ramsay pulls Jillian into his office for a couple of minutes. Ramsay says that she's been a hard worker, but she's lost her confidence. She says that she's harder on herself than anyone else. Ramsay wants her to bounce back. Give it her all. Okay, pep talk is over. OPEN HELL'S KITCHEN! DINNER SERVICE #13 In the dining room tonight, Brian Bosworth and Mackenzie Phillips. And... Sanjaya. Starting off on the right foot. Ramsay's getting nervous as he has never noticed that the service started off this well... and then the risotto comes up. "Can we have some risotto with the pepper, please?" And how about some raw scallop to go with that. Nona & Russell rebound and the service recovers. Team moves onto entree, and Trev is under fire to produce. Seven tickets and they've all been meat... and Ramsay has to go there and help him on it. Really? Trev needs a few moments to himself. Back in the kitchen, he's charged with cooling more calmly... More focused... Deep breaths.... and a couple more Wellingtons... He needs 30 more seconds... Russell's halibut is good... the other is little under. Then the third... RAW. Finally some perfectly cooked fish. Entrees continue on a rapid pace. LAST TWO TICKETS in the window! Trev & Russell are going to have to swallow their pride and work together to get them out. But the risotto stops the kitchen cold. Yeah, blame Nona for that. She has to have a one-on-one with the risotto to get it to happen... and it does. Desserts and elimination, as Russell and Trev discuss over creme brulees. SERVICE OVER. That's the good news. The bad news... two people are still being nominated. Nona wants to nominated Trev and Russell. Jillian agrees. Trev says that Jillian is selling him out. Russell is voting for Jillian and Trev. ELIMINATION #13: TREV (communication) and RUSSELL (halibut and scallops) step forward. Russell says that he can get to the leader platform. Trev says that he stepped up to the caliber he's looking for. Trev... is sent back in line. Russell... is sent to see his girlfriend Megan and his parents. The rest of the team is reunited for some loved-ones time. No one is eliminated tonight. But that only means one thing... TWO people are being eliminated NEXT TIME.
