January 21
Tonight, trash is becoming treasure as a
New York City sanitation worker is playing with eight million dollar
cases as the Million Dollar Mission rolls on in a game where "Show us
your can" takes on a whole new meaning.
The first contestant: JOHN BUONVIAGGIO. John comes from Staten Island,
where he's a father, a grandfather, and a carpenter. He also takes out
the trash for a living. He's here to set his grandkids up for school,
while taking care of his wife.
The girls have entered with 26 cans. In eight of them, $1 million. Is
one of them in can #8?
Starting with six cans now.
12 - $5
11 - $200
22 - $1
2 - $500
13 - $1,000,000... Seven left.
18 - $400
Apart from that million, we got a good round. The banker wants to trash
John. His first offer...

Helping John out is Jerry (friend), Chris

we, because hey, it's still a draw board. NO DEAL!
Four more cans go away.

15 - $1,000,000... Three left.
21 - $25
1 - After he rubs her can for good luck... and gets a kiss... $50!
Still a draw board. This will affect the offer... and the banker tries
to throw him off with a walker. Doesn't work.

It's the first time all game that the
offer dipped lower than $100,000. The guys say no deal... John says....
DEAL for $94,000!
But was it the right decision? Alike had $25,000. New offer: $138,000.
Lindsey had... $5000. New offer: $222,000. Krissy had $300. The bank
would've offered.. $303,000. Patricia had... the last million. In John's
can...
Got out at the right time with a small
dream.
Next up, BRITNEY LEWZADER, a military wife and a former Miss Tater Day
who wants to have a kid with some health insurance that she may earn
tonight.
We're back to using cases, and nine of them have $1 million. Is one of
them case #1?
We start with six cases...

25 - $25,000
19 - For Abi the cab driver... $75
2 - $10

11 - $1,000,000... Eight left.
That's still a great board, as she has an 8-in-20 chance at a million.

Here to help Miss Tater Day are Jessie
(best friend), Denise (mom), and the bad-luck dad. They all think that
this is a lot of tater-tots, but the tater refuses to be mashed. With
Britney's husband Jonathan in the stands, she goes NO DEAL.
Come back next time to see if Britney finishes the Million Dollar
Mission in style... |
