And Mr. NBC with this announcement...

"Due to the length of tonight's football game, we now join '1 vs. 100', already in progress."

But Don Harpwood got the full episode, so here's what he's got to say...

The first contestant is MELANIE PINO from Denver, CO. She's a student, who plans to be a homicide detective because she's fascinated with dead people.

Melanie thinks it's the back end with the perpendicular. Wait. No she doesn't. She locks in with A. Who got it wrong? 54 Mobsters, including Danny Bonnaduce...

And one Melanie. Correct is C. Which means the 45 members of the Mob remaining split $1000, about $22.22 each.

And I'm not sure, but I believe she also knocked out Annie Duke, a reigning Mob champion. Annie survived four players and answered the previous 35 questions correctly.

New player, from Jersey City, NJ, it's MICHAEL ZAJACZKOWSKI. He's a court clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Joining the remaining 45 members of the Holiday Mob are 55 Mob newbies to make it... ONE... versus 100!

First three questions are worth $1000.
