Episode 6.7 - The Ex Games
July 11

Four-Letter Network may have the "X Games", but "Wipeout" has... the EX Games! Yes, 12 teams of former paramours... and Chris Harrison... have reunited to compete for $50,000 and the title of Wipeout Champions!

THE WIPEOUT QUALIFIER

Tonight, our 24 human crash test dummies will have to face...

- Turbo Snail Fail: Brought to you by Dreamworks' new release "Turbo", in theaters July 17.
- Tropic Blunder: planks and trees.
- The Big Balls... Hammer Motivator and Ballsy's Bonus in play. Anyone who knocks Love Doctor Smallsy off his perch on the fourth ball will win a $500 co-pay.
- Tongue Twister. Run over the tongues. Under is a time penalty.
- Wipeout Ski Lodge... Good for a relationship on the rocks.

This is a team affair, so the course will be run as such, and so will the time. Speaking of time, the six fastest teams move on.... to the next round. ALSO, after round 3, it's EVERY ONE FOR THEMSELVES.

Seriously, what is Chris Harrison doing there?!

Jeff gives Smallsy the old it's-not-you-it's-me for $500. As for Chris... well, stick to roses, old friend. Yep, he ran the course and had about as much luck as can be expected.

ADVANCING TO ROUND 2
- Mark Shackelford & Amyjo Tancredi
- Anthony Pinero & Cinnamon Dunson
- Jeff MacKinnon ($500 BONUS!) & Leah Knauer
- Marc Bauer & Jillian Brockman
- Drew McKenzie & Mai Tran

THE MIAMI POUND MACHINE

It's as simple as jump on the spinning platform and ride to the other side while dodging rotating sweeper arms. Only it's all in day-glo pink and blue. Remember, go OVER, not under. Go under, and you start over.

The first four couples to survive THIS pounding head to the next stage.

ADVANCING TO ROUND 3
- Kevin Abel & Katie Michaelson
- Anthony Pinero & Cinnamon Dunson
- Marc Bauer & Jillian Brockman
- Drew McKenzie & Mai Tran

SUGAR SMACKS

We're getting candy crushed in the saga toward the Wipeout Zone. We start with a ride around the hoops and sweepers on the Birthday Cakes. Next, the Cake Ladder, the Lemon Drop slide, and past the windmill. First two teams will be rent asunder into four players for the Wipeout Zone.

ADVANCING TO THE WIPEOUT ZONE
- Fat Kevin Abel
- Old Lady Katie Michaelson
- Competitive competitor Marc Bauer
- Competitive competitor Jillian Brockman

THE WIPEOUT ZONE

Two couples, Four exes. Now ex-PARTNERS! That's right, only ONE person can win the $50,000. The others will make like Chris Harrison... and take a moment... and say their goodbyes. In the Zone tonight...

- The Slingshock
- The Throw-Tisserie: a tunnel with no floor.
- Dark Side of the Moon: a spinning "indoor" slide.
- Twisted Falls: Two tramps and two waterfalls...and two sweeper blades.

First, despite being too old and too fat, Kevin & Katie have been consistently in the middle all day. But it's everyone for themselves... and it's age before... yeah.

- Katie: 11:55.47
- Kevin: 9:12.16

The competitive competitors have a shot at taking the game away from Kevin, since they've been competitive with each other all game. Now can they channel that into a winning performance?

- Jillian: DNF
- Marc: DNF

... and that makes KEVIN ABEL THE BESTEST OF THE EXES. He gets $50,000 all to his lonesome. Sorry, Katie.

Come back next Thursday for 24 more players, four more painful courses, and significantly less Chris Harrison. Until then... Good night.... and Big Balls.
