"Episode 2.39" -
January 24
Last time, Charlyn Speth was given a
shot at the driver's seat. But she ended up spinning out, and as
a result, she ends up with $500.
Next deal is set to begin, and in
the Dealer's position first... JACKIE MONROE. She grew up in a
small-town Minnesota, got married, moved to Evansville, IN, and
got involved in local news there. She brought with her a guitar
pick that she got at a Hanson concert (C-Note: as with all
contestant bios on this show, pay attention, this is relevant).
She's a big fan despite the group not producing anything since
1997.
Oh, and this is her anniversary.
And she listens to voices. The voice
told her $282,000. And that case #5 would do it.
We're starting with six...

your case, you have to play on. The help says play on. And
that's what Jackie does. No deal.
She hasn't had a honeymoon. Nate
went to Iraq for a year. This is for the honeymoon...
The $300,000 is still in play,
but now there's no safety net. The banker is betting against
her...

more. Hanson says they don't want to feel responsible. The book
says to play on... a chance of losing $58,700 in order for the
chance of winning over $200,000. The book says no deal.
Just one more. No deal. After a
quick a cappella from the Hanson boys...
There you go. Book say so. And
now, banker say so.

There's a 25% chance that Jackie
is holding $300,000. And right now, there's a chant. "If you
love your husband, push it!" What, the button or her luck?
The button. DEAL for $83,000! But
was it a good decision?
Alike had... the $300K. It's a
good deal. In Jackie's case...
And that's the game for tonight.
Back here Monday. See you soon!
