Blow Up
July 27
Evan is getting more desperate to get rid of
C.T., and this sets Nehemiah off. This shows much of the lack of
communication they have with each other. They're going to have shape
themselves up if they want the big money at the end.
Challenge #6: Catch & Release
One player per team will hang 30 feet above the water, and then their
teammate has to run, jump and hang on them until they release
themselves as close to the finish buoy as they possibly can and swim
to it. The male and female teams with the best times wins.
Eight of the teams have managed to complete the requirements of the
challenge except for Evan and Nehemiah who lost intentionally.
Cara Maria and Laurel win $2,000 for the girls in a challenge that
involved heights and swimming. And for the first time since the season
began, Kenny and Wes have finally won a challenge and they don't get
to go into the jungle. However, Evan and Nehemiah's last place finish,
has them at odds with each other. They better save their anger for the
jungle.
It's now once again time for deliberations, and the teams vote in C.T.
and Adam to take on Evan and Nehemiah. The stars now have been
aligned.
Jungle Game: Rail Slide
The teams involved will hang from a pipe 25 feet above the ground, and
they have to slide their pipe together from one end of the rails to
the other. The first team to reach the other end wins.
Evan and Nehemiah struggled to make progress, but C.T. and Adam have
managed to pass by them and achieve the win. I think Evan and
Nehemiah's rivalry may have caught up with them as they have been
taken out of contention.
