Round of 12 (or "They're Always Wild... and Crazy")
July 13

Thee All-star game is over and we have an all-star week of our own. It's 12 dancers fighting for every tooth & nail. Here's how it all went down.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Sonya Tayeh guest starred on the panel and I had to break 2 routines into one big sentence if you don't mind. (C-Note: I'll allow it.)

It began with Sasha & Alexander. First off, they did a paso doble to "Alley Dash/March Of the Trolls" by Taylor Long and Rick Powell, because you like to have 2 songs in one big routine and in the 2nd set, they did a jazz routine to "That's Life" by Aretha Franklin.

Next came Jordan & tadd. The first routine involved contemporary and then, they did a Broadway routine to "Out Tonight" from "Rent."

The 3rd couple was Ryan & Ricky. The first routine was another Broadway routine, this time to Frank Sinatra's "All I Need is The Girl," and for seconds, they danced a Cha-cha to "Tonight (I'm Lovin' You)" by Enrique Iglesias.

4th up, Caitlynn & Mitchell. They did hip-hop to "Break The Chain" by Lupe Fiasco and then a jazz routine to "Piece
Of My Heart" by Janis Joplin. Never before have we had a Janis Joplin song come to our show.

Melanie & Marko were up next and for the first routine, they danced a tango to "Triptico" by Gotan Project. One highlight was they did dance at the edge of the stage. The 2nd & last routine was contemporary to "Skin & Bones" by David J. ROch. They only had a spotlight to dance for.

The last couple was Clarice & jess. They did lyrical hip-hop to "Just The Way You Are", a Boyce Avenue remake once done by Bruno Mars, and to end the whole thing, they did a jive to "Ain't Nothing Wrong With That" by Robert Randolph & The Family Band.

There's nothing wrong with 12 dancers. It's just 6 couples and you've just seen them. Now you vote. 2 dancers must go. Tomorrow night will be nothing short of brilliant. See you later.
