The Worst Thing I've Ever Done In My Life Last time, poker players Maria & Tiffany got slapped with a Detour so heinous that Phil had to eliminate them before they could even finish. Meanwhile, Sam & Dan get their first first-place finish as the Race continues from Holland. PIT STOP Sam & Dan pick their first clue up and get going.
Today's Flight Time's birthday, and he wants a first place finish more than anything. They're going to end up running into the other Racers. But this time, there are two flights: 6:55 or 9:25. And the counter doesn't open until 5:30. The next morning, the counters open. On the EARLY flight to Stockholm: On the LATE flight to Stockholm: STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN The Racers on the early flight head to the Arlanda Express to Stockholm. The Gay Brothers and Meghan & Cheyne are off to the city, while the Trotters are busy trying to figure out how to put the money in the thing. They head from the train to the ferry. Meghan & Cheyne are the first to open up...
Sam and Cheyne take to the skies together. Once they find the arrow, they take a dive toward the ground. They follow the arrow to this location...
... and hidden underneath the Roaming Gnome is a...
Sam & Dan and Meghan & Cheyne decide to blow (^_^) up, while Flight Time takes a flight of his own. Big Easy finds the Gnome and goes to blow. Meanwhile, the later flight finally arrives. Brian & Ericka leave the station first to head to the park without Gary & Matt. All the while, Flight & Big name their gnome Harlem Gnome. Ericka takes to the skies, while Gary & Matt take the last ferry. Brian & Ericka get their gnome, as do Gary & Matt. Once the teams reach the detonation quarry, they are instructed to put on safety gear. Sam & Dan decide to use their hands to dig up the dirt. Meghan & Cheyne decide to fill up one bag at a time. And Gary & Matt... are lost. Sam & Dan are the first team go for boom time... And they find...
The Trotters are done with the sandbagging, and head to the farm, while Meghan & Cheyne fall by the wayside. They're the third ones to the farm. Meanwhile, Gary and Matt are... still lost. Brian & Ericka head to the bomb range. Once they blow something up real nice, they head to the farm, a little dirty and a little sweaty. But that's nothing compared to what's in store next, as Sam & Dan are about to find out.
Sam starts unrolling out the bales. Meghan follows suit, as does Big Easy. Back at the bomb range, Ericka & Brian give new meaning to the term "blowing up overseas." Gary & Matt aren't that far behind. Sam has to kick over his haybales, something Dan keeps telling him not to. The other two... just keep on rolling along. Flight & Big... happy birthday! There's a flag! PIT STOP And a special hello to both of you who are just tuning in for "Three Rivers". And a special hello from Phil and the happy local, who greet them as team #1! Flight Time gets a birthday gift of a trip to Turks & Caicos! Brian & Ericka arrive at the farm, as do Pinky & the Brain. The rest of the Roadblock... plays out as you would expect it, with Brian, Meghan, Gary, and Sam frantically looking for a flag... and Meghan finding one! They get #2 this leg. Brian & Ericka are next at third, followed by Sam & Dan... That leaves Gary & Matt. The last team to arrive is also the last team to finish after little under three hours... but the good news is that this is a non-elimination leg, so the worst they can look forward to is a Speed Bump next leg. Stay tuned for that.
