Me While I Singe My Skull Seven teams left New Zealand for Cambodia, where they encountered malfunctioning gas pumps, a city submerged by water, and a hidden room of echoes in a race to a temple. Six of them made it on time. The seventh, Aja & Ty, are headed back home. The Race continues from PIT STOP - Bayon Temple; Siem Reap, Cambodia As a reminder, Terence & Sarah are on a 30-minute penalty, meaning that they will head out in fifth 30 minutes after their arrival time on the other side of the clock, not third. After the 12 hour rest period, Nick & Starr, the first to arrive at 11:22a local time, are the first to head off on their next great adventure at 11:22p with this...
Starr thinks that India is going to be just as shocking as Cambodia. Toni likes Starr & Nick a lot, but the flirting between Starr and Dallas is a bit awkward. That's putting it light. Nick & Starr and Toni & Dallas make arrangements on the same flight and ask for internet service. KEN & TINA are next out the gate, followed by Kelly & Christy. They love that things happen for a reason. Back at Tourex, we have four tickets handed and one couple entering. At 12:05a, Terence & Sarah finally head out. That leaves "Dandrew" to bring up the rear. And everyone is still at Tourex, where Dallas is trying to hit on Starr with the worst wingman ever... his mother. Meanwhile, Ken discovers use for Google Maps #115: finding Moon Light Motors. And it looks as if everyone is on... BANGKOK AIRWAYS FLIGHT to DELHI DELHI, INDIA Nick & Starr are first out of the gate, followed by Ken & Tina, Toni & Dallas, Andrew & Dan, Kelly & Christy (whose short shorts get the attention of the locals), and Terence & Sarah. As usual, it's hot, traffic is crazy, and you must share the road with a cow. Ken & Tina run into Toni & Dallas on the road. Ken thinks that Tina's "always right" on the road despite Kenny's intuition. Nick & Starr are the first to Moon Light Motors and this clue.
Starr starts painting, as does Andrew. Meanwhile, the other teams are lost. Toni & Dallas are third to the motors, as Nick points out that Dallas' budding romance with Starr is "kinda cute". Kelly & Christy arrive to start painting. Ken & Tina... are still lost. Starr's the first one done taping. So it's time to paint. Andrew's the second. They both note that Terence is being a bit of an ass to Sarah as she's trying to complete the roadblock. And Terence is continuing his asshat ways, while Starr and Andrew are finishing up. Andrew's first, so they get this...
Andrew & Dan hail a cab and make their way, while Starr finishes. Time for the sibs to play catchup. And apparently they're the first to catch a cab. Back at the rickshaws, Toni & Dallas finish up and hail a cab, followed by Ken & Tina. And their taxi waits for them! Nice guy. Kelly & Christy are next out to the hotel, leaving Terence & Sarah to tough it out. Meanwhile, Nick & Starr are first to the hotel. And first to the doorman. And first to this.
Nick & Starr... don't know what they're going to do. They iron. Dallas decides to follow them. Because he's a man in love. Or something. Meanwhile, Ken & Tina are still lost. Dandrew and the Divorced Women's Club head out to do laundry. And Terence & Sarah FINALLY finish their cab painting. Nick & Starr are the first to the laundry. And it seems that they're making this thing easy. Terence & Sarah move into fifth and head to the wedding, as do Ken & Tina. Meanwhile, Toni & Dallas are lost again. King of all awkward moments, as Kelly & Christy arrive to the sight of Nick & Starr. Toni & Dallas make their way to the laundry, as do Dandrew. Terence & Sarah make their money the old fashioned way... they staple it on... or something. them and Ken & Tina try asking their cabbies for change for 100. Doesn't work. Andrew & Dan are terrible folders, but Nick & Starr are the best to earn...
And Nick & Starr are headed there in their taxicab, where the cabbie awaited them. Terence & Sarah finally get seven hundreds, a 50, a 20, and a 10 to make their necklace as Nick & Starr arrive at... PIT STOP: Baha'i House; Delhi, India Much in the same manner as last week, Nick & Starr are the first to enter the Hidden Temple and are greeted by Olmec, and by Olmec, we mean a happy local. "Nick & Starr... you are team number ONE!" As the winners, they've each won... an electric car! Good prize for a good leg. Starr considers herself blessed to have someone like Nick in her life. Kelly & Christy are the second team to head over to the Pit Stop. And they clock in as team #2. Meanwhile, Ken & Tina and Terence & Sarah look for a groom while Toni & Dallas are looking for a House. All three teams find what they're looking for, as Toni & Dallas are crowned team #3. And Andrew & Dan still can't iron for nothing. And here comes the wind to make things even MORE difficult. And Ken & Tina are chased by dogs. Terence & Sarah punch in at four. So it's all on slow-ironers and a separated couple looking for a taxi. It truly is a race now. ... ... and the first to mat are... DANDREW! They're team #5 and still in the Race. Ken & Tina crash land as the last team to arrive... The good news is that this is a non-elimination leg. But it comes at a price.
