At the top of the show we see Tonya, and then we see some clips from last night after the eliminations took place. Tonya had no one backing her up in some kind of argument and that pissed her off. Tonya knows that she's going home and she knows her position in the competition.

The guys have fun with Theo who's sleeping in the main lodge. They put some objects on him and he wakes up to find them.

The teams receive a Yahoo! Instant Message from Johnny Moseley on their cell phones telling them that what goes up must come down and to wear team uniforms and tennis shoes. Ruthie thinks that the next challenge will involve bungee jumping into a big bucket of dirt.

The teams go to the location of where the next challenge will take place and they see two giant wood chippers. There's no doubt something will be flying out of them. This next mission is appropriately called "The Shredder."

Catching 6,000 pounds of food flying from the shredder with the buckets on their helmets on their heads and not on their hands. The contents filled in their buckets will then be placed into their boxes. The team with the most pounds of food at the end wins not one, but two prizes for each member. One prize is a $28,000 trip to the Bahamas and the other is a pair of Verb for Shoe shoes (a pair of shoes with computers inside).

Once again the teams are given thirty minutes to deliberate on their decisions for team leaders. The guys elect Eric, Mark, and Shane while the girls elect Ibis, Robin, and Ruthie. The teams open the back door of the large truck full of raw meat and vegetables. Two of the team leaders of each team will be passing the meat into the shredder while the other team leaders join their other teammates with the helmets and buckets negotiating them around. Mark will unload the meat to be passed to Steven who'll put them into the shredder for Shane and the teammates to catch. Coral will pass the meat to Tina in which they'll be caught by their teammates. The girls will try to copy what the guys are doing. The meat begins flying from the shredders in this catching frenzy. There is one moment where Theo gets hit in the privates by some flying pieces of meat. Ouch! Steven's having a hard time trying to get any pieces at all in his bucket. In the end, the girls accumulated 25.75 pounds. The guys...they've accumulated 30.25 pounds getting them a total of nine wins.

The male team leaders and the female non-team leaders are in their Inner Circles. The guys decision to send someone home is always getting tougher and the girls have a pretty much tougher decision in which of the team leaders should to send home. When the teams are at Elimination Hill the guys send Randy, judging on penalties and disqualifucations. The girls send Ibis home and she felt sad and hopes that the girls win. She thinks that the girls are playing this game like victims and soon the girls she thinks shouldn't be here would be gone. At least Randy ended his time in the Battle of the Sexes on a good note.
