Finals: Jackson/Jacob/Greene - Part 2
November 20
Last week, fifteen of the best Jeopardy! players over the last year gave it their best shot one more time. The nine that survived played in a win-or-go-home semi. Now only three - Kerry Greene, Alex Jacob, and Matt Jackson - remain. In two days, one of them will be $250,000 richer as the 2015 Jeopardy! Grand Champion.

First runner-up will win an additional $100,000, while second runner-up will pocket $50,000.

Daily Double #1: $1200 How the East Was Won. Alex has $11,800 to Matt's $8400 and Kerry's $3200. He's going to.... bet $100 on this: Russian caravans got access to Beijing in a 1689 treaty with this dynasty that gave its name to a region. "What is ... Manchu?" JUST UNDER THE WIRE with $11,900!

Daily Double #2: $16,000 The Executive Branch. Matt has $10,000. He knows what to do. "Sorry, Mom. I'm betting it all." The clue: overseeing the FDA is one job of this Cabinet department. "What is the United States Department of Agriculture?" And it's all but over. It was Health & Human Services.

At the end of Double Jeopardy!...

Even if Matt were to double his $7200 and add it to his $3000, it would still be a far-cry from Alex's total from yesterday. It was Alex's tournament to lose during the opening credits..

HIS LAST NAME MEANS A TYPE OF BURIAL PLACE & IN 1855 THAT'S WHERE HE WENT
