Last week, fifteen of the
best Jeopardy! players over the last year gave it their
best shot one more time. Now only nine remain - the five
winners plus the four wild-cards - and it's win or go
home. At stake, a place in Thursday & Friday's two-part
final.
The
winner will receive $250,000 and join the ranks of
previous ToC winners in quiz immortality.
First runner-up will win an additional $100,000, while
second runner-up will pocket $50,000. All semifinalists
- the five preliminary match winners and four wild-card
qualifiers who scored the highest amongst non-winners -
will get $10,000.
