Semifinals: Baer/Peterson/Gandhi - July 25
While many kids are either getting ready to head
back to the classroom or off enjoying their summer vacation, fifteen of the best
in the nation are off to sunny California for one reason... to be the last
person standing in the second Teen Tournament this season. Those fifteen... only
nine remain now as they compete in this win-or-go-home week for a spot in the
two-day final. Another standard two-week affair awaits as the
first runner-up receives $25,000 at least, while the second runner-up wins at
least $15,000.
Semifinalists are guaranteed at least $5000. As always, any
and all winning accrued depends on how far up the ladder a player goes.
So far, Kyle Neblett and Meryl Federman are ready
to go to the two-day final. Who'll be the third?
