December 22

Last night on The Million Dollar Money Drop, Casey and Kyle Kaczmarek let $920,000 fly out the window through six questions. But they managed to keep the remaining 80 large on the final query. Will the fourth team to take the platform end up big winners or end up flat broke?

Out of a possible total of $3,000,000 offered so far, 80 large of that got claimed by Casey and Kyle Kaczmarek. Tonight, Steve and Jennifer Standage take their places on the platform in the hopes of winning a fortune.... And without any further ado, let their game begin.

QUESTION 1 CATEGORIES: FRUIT/HOLIDAYS

Steve and Jennifer start their path to the pot of gold with Holidays.

Q1: According to the U.S. Fire Administration, on which day are the most fires reported?
A: Fourth of July
B: Halloween
C: New Year's Eve
D: Christmas

They lose 80K on B and another 200K on D, but they end up with $720,000 remaining.

QUESTION 2 CATEGORIES: FACEBOOK/ANIMATED SHOWS

They want Facebook, and they've got it.

Q2: With more than 50 million monthly active users, what is the all-time most popular Facebook application?
A: Bejeweled Blitz
B: Scrabble
C: FarmVille
D: Horoscopes

Originally, Steve and Jennifer put 180K on C while putting the rest on D. Then after using the Quick Change, they switch the money on the same answers. D costs them 180K, but C lets them advance with $540,000 remaining.

QUESTION 3 CATEGORIES: THE MILITARY/CELEBRITY DOCTORS

Steve and Jennifer go with The Military.

Q3: If these fictional characters were in the real U.S. Army, who would be the most senior officer based on his rank?
A: Captain America
B: Colonel Mustard
C: Sergeant Pepper
D: Private Ryan

They put all of their money on C...which is correct as they reach the half-way point.

QUESTION 4 CATEGORIES: ICE CREAM/NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

I scream, they scream, we all scream for a question about Ice Cream.

Q4: According to a 2009 Harris Poll, what is America's favorite ice cream topping?
A: Hot Fudge
B: Whipped Cream
C: Sprinkles

They go all-in on A and...I was going to say "oh fudge", but not in this case as they're correct!

QUESTION 5 CATEGORIES: MUSIC/FAMOUS BRANDS

Much to Jennifer's chagrin, Steve chooses Famous Brands.

Q5: Which of these brands was founded in the state of Texas?
A: Old El Paso
B: Alamo Rent-A-Car
C: Texaco

A sends 220K flying south for the winter, but C keeps Steve and Jennifer in play with $320,000 left over.

QUESTION 6 CATEGORIES: GERMS/ADVERTISING

They're interested in a question on Advertising.

Q6: Of these Advertising Icons, which is the oldest?
A: Ronald McDonald
B: Smokey Bear
C: The Trix Rabbit

A might have been the Hamburglar for all intents and purposes, but it became the money burglar as it steals 80K away from them. But B was their hero in this case as it saves them $240,000 going into the final question of their game.

QUESTION 7 CATEGORIES: BIG BUSINESS/MOVIE STARS

Steve and Jennifer are seeing Movie Stars in their eyes, but will they be seeing dollar signs at the end?

Q7: Whose movies have earned more money at the U.S. Box Office?
A: Ben Affleck
B: Matt Damon

Here's one final fact about one of these answers, one of their highest-grossing movies is "Armageddon".

They go all-in on B...which...is...CORRECT! Steve and Jennifer become the biggest winners so far with $240,000. Can it be topped? We'll find out in the two-hour finale tomorrow night on The Million Dollar Money Drop.
