Finals: Jennings vs. Ogas - September 8

This season on Grand Slam, sixteen of the game's living legends, from Jeopardy! champs to Millionaire masters, from Weakest Link contenders to modern-day Lingo-ists, were met on a common battleground, and when the dust settled, only two survived... Ken Jennings, who became a legend on Jeopardy! by dispatching 150 players and amassing more than $2.5 million in 2004, and Ogi Ogas, who traversed the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire 15 only to walk away with $500,000 in 2006. They played against the best, but tonight, they go against each other for the trophy, $100,000, and the title of 2007 Grand Slam Champion.

It's the brawl for it all, y'all. Let's check the tale of the tape...

One more time, here are the rules of combat for this final...  The Grand Slam final will be played in FIVE rounds.

Round 1: General knowledge questions.
Round 2: Numbers and logic.
Round 3: Contemporary knowledge and current events questions.
Round 4: Words and letters.
Round 5: Mixed bag.

Players are each given one minute of the questioner's time. Correct answers will stop the clock; wrong ones will keep the clock going until they give a correct answer or they use one of three switches given to them for the entire match. A switch passes the question to their opponent. The player who runs out of time first loses the round, and the winner keeps the time remaining on his clock to use in the final round. Player who runs out of time in that round first is out of the tournament, and his opponent will win the cup, the title, the stack of presidents, and, of course... ha HA... THE BRAGGING RIGHTS!

Two men enter... one man leaves $100,000 richer. Game show nation, this is the match you've been waiting for. Round 1 begins... NOW.
