Week 3:
Countdown to Kickoff
October 6
Ah yes, we got 10, no, 9 couples remaining
in the running. Who will be the one to get kicked off next? It's
anybody's guess. Heck, guess for yourself.
We start off with Maks & Edyta doing Misty & Maks' Jive to "Shake It"
by Metro Station. One highlight you might see is a fall down. This is
what would've happened had Misty's injury was healed. With Brooke &
Cloris safe in random order, R&B legends Kool & The Gang get a medley
of hits. It's so amazing they're still playing after all these years.
We get a segment on the stars on how they do on and off the ballroom.
It's been a tough season, but I know it'll get better. With Maurice &
Cheryl safe, Sam chats with the 3 couples who are not a casualty.
Now the Macy's Stars of Dance present The Radio City Rockettes for the
first time on this show. You've probably seen this one before every
year in the Thanksgiving Day Parade by the same sponsor. Jennifer
Hudson performs her single "Spotlight" and we get right to the end
where the light goes out on...............Nobody! See? It's because of
that injury we talked about last night. So, our 9 couples are all
safe. It means they get a free pass to next week, because another
couple will go home. So tune in as 9 couples dance again with a
different task. See you then, kids.
