Jeopardy! is going back to college as 15 hopefuls all vie for a chance at $100,000 in their annual collegiate invitational.

Welcome back to Jeopardy! 101. Your teacher, Professor Trebek. Your class, two weeks of intense competition. Your final, only enough desks for three people to sit. Your reward for passing: $100,000. Students from the usual spots (like Columbia and Stanford) and the not-so-usual spots (like Florida State and Davidson College) have come to challenge the Pittsburgh representative in the annual fall classic of collegiate quiz shows.

For the next two weeks, GSNN will lift the tournament off the Shorts pages and into the Extra. Here you will see archived matches, commentary, and a bracket to chart the progress of the tournament. Aside from the winner, the second place winner is guaranteed at least $50,000 and third-place is ensured $25,000.

Semifinalists are guaranteed at least $10,000, while all tournament players are guaranteed $5000 for participating. Any and all monies, as always, depend on how far the player moves up the bracket.

Today's game, Fleming/McCool/Schoenholtz, is now available for view.
