Air time:  Check listings or familyfeud.com
Host: Richard Karn
Letzer (Aidan, Thad, Devin, Rivata, Briana); $720
Kibriya (Madeeha, Fareeha, Wajiha, Saadia, Raabia)

We have one group of siblings one all-sister group today on the Feud. Round 1: something you do at work if you really want to get fired (6). Aidan gets #4, call in six (under "not show up"). Strategy in play as Aidan passes. Fareeha gets #3, sleep. Wajiha gets #5, just leave. Saadia gets the big one, talk back to the boss. Get drunk and steal round it out for 94.

Round 2: a favor friends do for friends (5). Thad gets #4, pet-sit. Devin moves it at 5. Aidan gets babysitting at 2, but Thad loans out the money for the big money at #1. The Letzers take the Kibriyas for a ride with a sweep and 87. All of a sudden, it's a Feud.

Double Round: real or fictional, someone whose name starts with "little" or "li'l" (5). Devin gets #5, Little Orphan Annie. Aidan gets Li'l Abner for #3. The Kibriya's go with the steal with Li'l Kim. It's... good for 42, total of 136. No one said Little Richard? It's number one. Other answer: Little John.

Triple Round: 100 married people, what is the biggest complaint about sleeping with your spouse (4). Saadia gets #1, snoring, but passes! Briana hogs covers for #3. That's it for them. The Kibriyas get one more with talking in their sleep...  Not there! The Letzers have 288! Other answer: moving/hogs bed, bathroom trips.

Sudden Death: an occupation whose members could literally say "their job stinks". That's Raabia... "Teacher?" Uh... no. Over to Briana... "A garbageman." Up there for the come-from-behind win, 465-136.

Thad & Devin couldn't do it yesterday, so they switch up with Aidan & Rivata for Fast Money... Aidan gets 152 despite a gooseegg on "a holiday where adults act like children" (Halloween was number one). Rivata gets the other 48 for $20,000, a two-day total of $20,720.

Jeopardy! by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or jeopardy.com
Host: Alex Trebek
Bill McDonald (attorney from Bonita Springs, FL); $18,199
Beth Chalecki (PhD student from Ledford, MA)
Scott Zimmerman (high school director from West Grove, PA)

Bill made yesterday's game into a rout. Can he do the same today? He starts it off with $200 Hidden Instruments, where the responses are in the clue... IF you can find them. Bill makes $2000, but stops short of the sweep. Same with Department "S". So far, Bill has $3800 to Scott's $1000 and Beth's $400 at the break.

Scott doubles his cash in time to see the Daily Double under $800 A Broadway Musical Quiz. And he wants to double up again! The clue: Albin sings "A Little More Mascara" while transforming himself into Zaza in this Jerry Herman musical. "What is La Cage aux Folles?" Right for $4000 and the lead! He'll end the round with that, while Bill loses $1000 to go to $3000 himself. Meanwhile, Beth will take $1400 as she starts Double Jeopardy!...

... with $400 It's a "Cin", finding the Daily Double under $1200 Fictional Battles & Wars. She can tie Scott for the lead, but only bets $1500 on the 1945 book with the Battle of the Cowshed and the Battle of the Windmill. "What is 'Don Quixote'?" Nope, way before 1945. It was "Animal Farm", as she is left with $700. Last category in play is Contemporary Art Museums with three clues left. And the last one, $2000, is the second Daily Double. Scott bets $6000 of his $6800. The clue: founded in 1939, this city's Contemporary Arts Center was at the center of a 1990s 1st Amendment case. "What is Los Angeles?" And it's all but over for him, as he drops to $800. Correct: What is Cincinnati. Bill ends with $12,600, while Beth... just ends. In the red by $3300, she won't stick around for the second consecutive two-man...

Final Jeopardy! in "The United Nations": in 1994, after a 20-year absence, this country's delegation was allowed to be seated in the UN General Assembly. Correct question: What is South Africa?

Both players are wrong with Vietnam, but it doesn't mean a thing for Bill, who takes another $5200, a small win, but a win nonetheless, and it brings his total to $23,399.

Tomorrow, the first of two shows with delegates from the Game Show Congress in attendance... myself included. :)

The Price is Right by Travis Schario, GSNN

Air time:  11a ET/10a CT on CBS (markets may vary)
Host: Bob Barker
The pies are being prepared, the turkey is in the oven, the stuffing is...being...stuffed. It's the day before Thanksgiving at 7800. Here's what went down today.

Alisha Bellis, after capturing a pair of Schwinn bicycles ($800) has a shot at completing a Triple Play for a Chevy Cobalt, Ford Mustang, and Ford Explorer. She quickly nailed the first two ($16,110 & $20,985) but stumbled on the Explorer, picking $23,998 as the closest. Price of the Explorer: $27,415; so she should have taken $25,221 (third choice).

Let's try to pick things up with Derek Evans, a US Marine, playing Clock Game after picking up a Magnussen Estate desk ($990). Unfortunately, the clock worked against Derek. He spent 26 seconds on a set of his & her tennis equipment ($838) after starting his bids with $300. With only four seconds left, and a Whirlpool Gold electric range ($949) on the line, he started his bidding at $1000 and only got four other bids out, ending at $950...just $1 short of an extra $1000.

OK, Turkey Day Eve isn't going as well as one would hope. But, here's Jessica Morgan to change things around. She captured a $587 3-in-1 game table, then ascended to the stage to play 1/2 Off for 10 Large. Along the way, she picked up a gumball light, breakfast maker, food chopper, and MP3 player, taking her box count to four (2, 8, 10, 15). Her initial pick was box #2, but as Shane was headed that way, she quickly changed her mind and went for #8. Good thing too. Box #8 held the stash!

Here comes the second half. We start with Raeanne Ferrick picking up a set of Paricon snow sleds ($550), and playing Double Prices for an Ashley Chateau Frontenac poster bed. Is it $4303 or $3606? She said $3606 and was RIGHT!

REPORTER'S NOTE: Was DP purposely set up like this? My guess would be yes.

On that high note (however high a DP win can get), let's let Randall Crayal have a chance at Passing The Buck for a Jeep Wrangler SE. He managed to pick up a Magellan Roadmate 700 navigation system ($1499) and earned all three shots at the board. His first pick, #4, was the Big Red Disappointment. His second, #5, nailed down $5000. He bailed out, but had he gone on using his pattern, he would have had the Jeep (behind #6).

Finally, the last of the First Four, Jack Clusterman, Jr., escaped the Row with a home gym ($1999) and a shot at a baby grand piano in Range Game ($13,800 - $14,500). He stopped the rangefinder between $13,985 and $14,135 and won the piano at $13,990. Just $5 inside the bottom of the red. Very Nicely Done!

Showcases, HO! Your Top Winner: Raeanne of DP fame. Your Runner-Up: Derek, after picking up a cool grand on the Wheel. Our first Showcase gave us a custom deluxe espresso machine, a Broyhill Attic Heirloom dining room with Noritake dinnerware, and a 8 day tour of New England. Raeanne passed to Derek who bid $11,000.

The second Showcase gave us a show from Pauline the Prestidigitating Pilgrim. In her Magic Cornucopia, we find a stereo system, a Comfort Line Spa-To-Go, and a Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Raeanne's bid: $25,000.

Even though Derek got $1000 on the Wheel, his Showcase was a far piece off (ARP: $23,540; Diff: $12,540). Raeanne was ever so much closer (ARP: $28,254; Diff: $3254), walking away with a total take of $32,410.

STATS: 3-2-1; $69283

PS: Game Show Congress Delegates Ben Ziek and Josh Guers were in the front row today, a seat upgrade from yesterday's show behind the Row.

Trato Hecho by Gordon Pepper, GSNN

Air time:  Noon ET/11a CT on Univision
Host: Guillermo Huesca
Is there a doctor in the house? There is today, as Moises gets a small box. He trades is for Curtain #1, which has a refrigerator worth $1,399. The small box now goes to Antonia (or Cleopatra) which she can trade for Curtain #3. She goes for the Curtain, and there we find...Dr. Sinestro trying to capture the brain of the Super Pollo Chasco! The box is now Constantine the hardware worker, and he will accept a buyout of $500 for it. Inside the box a large plastic Chasco Ring.

They allow geishas to play, too, as Hermosa can have either a gorilla or a box of Vitacilina. One of those items has a dollar, and if she finds it, she will win a sofa and lamp collection worth $1,059! She gets a chance to bailout for $300, but she wants to go all the way...and gets $1! She gets the sofa! (The Vitacilina had $400 inside).

We have the third stuns with Rudolfo, who gets $400 just for being a nice guy. Awww. He can give the lovely Daisy wither Curtain #1 or the box. Rudolfo gives Daisy the curtain, which has a lovely washer and dryer worth $818! Behind the box was a scooter worth $399, so she is very happy. Does she want to trade it away for the small box? No she doesn't, and she turns down a $300 certificate to Benihana. One final deal for both of them - do either of them want Curtain #2? Neither of them do, but they both could have had Dr. Sinestro - which is looking more like Super Pollo Chasco every day. Both people sit down happy.

Who will be happy with a Gran Trato? Dr. Moises and Hermosa the Geisha will go for it. The Dr. wants door #1, while the Geisha wants door #3. The Geisha will get some money - $850 to be exact, while the Dr will be going to Cancun for a nice $2,400 trip. No one, however, will be getting the Gran Trato, which today was a living room set, to go with carpeting, for a total of $5,136. Goodbye streak. We'll see if we can get a new one going next time.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire by Don Harpwood, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or millionairetv.com
Host: Meredith Vieira
Yesterday, Michael Andrew (Iowa City, IA) got to $25,000, and he has some lifelines left going into today's show...

Michael lives in a 240 sq.ft. apartment with an espresso machine. No kitchen; no bathroom. He also has a collection of velvet Mexican paintings in there, including one of the "Last Supper". Interesting that someone with such a small place would have such a collection. Anyway, he resumes playing with this $50,000 question...

Ernest Hemingway's repeated efforts to join the army were rejected because of what physical malady?
A: Faulty eye
B: Flat feet
C: Bad knee
D: Asthma

Michael decides to call his friend Wade, who, after some thought, is 60% sure that it's D. But he's not confident enough, so he uses the 50:50. Guess what? D is gone, and so is B. With A and C left, Michael doesn't know, and decides to switch it out. After finding out that it was A, he gets a question that asks what amount of stars the U.S. flag never officially had due to 2 states joining the union in 1912. He guesses 47... and he's right! Then, the $100,000 question asks what colour security threads in new $20 bills glow when held up to UV light. After some thought, Michael has a feeling that it's blue, and goes with it... but it's green! Well, at least he goes home with $25,000!

The next player is Keith Adams (Mankato, MN). The reason he's here is because of his daughters, who encouraged him to audition. And they want Meredith's autograph. Luckily, each of the checks that could be given out have one, though I bet he'd rather have the million-dollar check. Anyway, Keith starts by knowing that someone who is said to be "bringing home the bacon" is earning money (it would be best to leave the dating of Miss Piggy, which would give "bringing home the bacon" a literal meaning, to a certain frog). He easily moves through plenty of questions like one that asks what Doppler radar is most commonly used to predict (weather patterns), before going for $25,000 with this...

In 2003, what U.S. state allowed a couple to marry by video link because the groom, an astronaut, was in space?
A: Florida
B: Hawaii
C: Texas
D: Nevada

Keith turns to the audience for help. 39% of the studio audience goes with C, and so does 40% of the AIM users. But A is a bit close to it in both polls (30% of studio; 34% of AIM), so he then uses the 50:50. B and C remain. So, Keith goes with C... and he has $25,000! On to the $50,000 question...

Due to his objection to awards in general, which of these writers declined to accept his Nobel Prize for Literature?
A: Bertrand Russell
B: Jean-Paul Sartre
C: T.S. Eliot
D: Albert Camus

Keith calls a co-worker, Kay, but she has no clue, and she isn't able to offer a guess. Now, Keith could try switching it out, but he decides to take a shot at it, and goes with B... and he's right! Then, at the $100,000 level, he doesn't know what dish, according to tradition, has been served daily at the restaurant of the U.S. Senate since the early 1900s (bean soup), so this time, he switches out for this...

What automaker's name is a word that means "modern" in its home country?
A: Nissan
B: Saab
C: Hyundai
D: Kia

Unfortunately, Keith doesn't know this one either, so he walks. He'll be heading home with $50,000, which is a good total for a day's work! Oh, and the answer was C.

That's all for today. A new contestant will fill the hot seat tomorrow.
