Hart (Jason, Amber, Toi, Donna, John)
Elrose (Joey, Big Lou, Louie, Marie, Kristina) from New York; $20,000

Can the Elroses make it back to the Fast Money? We'll see as the Kings (and Queens) of Queens take on the Harts. Round 1: something women like that starts with the letter "D" (5). Jason gets dresses for #2. Toi likes to dance for #4, but Donna loves her diamonds for #1. The Elroses put their heads together to come up with dollars. Count it. Elroses get the 67. Other answer: dessert. "Love is grand, but all I really want is some chocolate."

Round 2: one word you should never say, even jokingly, when you're at an airport (5). Big Lou drops the bomb, #1. Rest of the team gets gun, hijack, terrorist, and fire to sweep the board for 163.

Double Round: Besides a rose, name a best-selling flower at a flower shop (full board). Louie gets tulip, #3, while Toi gets daisy, #4. Joey finds #1, carnation. The Harts steal with orchid, giving them 112. Other answers: lily, chrysanthemum.

Don't forget, Feud DVD game. In store now. Buy! Triple Round: a job in a supermarket (4). Donna gets cashier, #1. 216 in the bank, meaning that someone will win on this question. John gets butcher, #4. Amber gets stocker, #2. Can Toi sweep with the bagger? SWEEP and win! Harts take it, 406-163. The Elroses leave with $20,000.

John and Jason take on Fast Money. John gets #1 for a sport that involves a lot of running (soccer) and a famous first lady (Hillary Clinton). He gets 85. Your "duh" moment of the day: A cable channel the whole family can watch together. John said "UPN." Jason says Disney for #1. But the 169 points only gets them $845.

Jeopardy! by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or jeopardy.com
Host: Alex Trebek
Ray Freson (retired advertising executive from Arlington, VA); $14,200
Mike Leger (air quality consultant from Bridgewater, NJ)
Carol Hager (high school librarian from Peoria, AZ)

For four weeks, we've had one champion. This week, we've had three. Will that be the case in 30 minutes? Ray starts with $200 The Darwin Awards. At the TV time out, Ray leads, $2400 to Mike's $1800, while Carol is way behind at -$2200. Carol will need the most help, and she gets it with $400 Born, the Daily Double. She goes for $1000 on this: born on March 18, 1869 in Birmingham, England, he appeased away 71 years later. "Who is Neville Chamberlain?" With that, she halves her deficit with -$1000. She ends the round on the plus side (albeit in last place) with $1600 to Mike's $2400 and Ray's $4000.

Time to make a big play in Double Jeopardy! as Carol kicks it off with $400 Shakespeare's Women. She finds the first Daily Double under $800. Having rebounded to second place, she bets the level on this: she says of her husband, "his unkindness may defeat my life, but never taint my love" (she was right). Who is Desdemona? Right for the lead at $8000. She also finds the Daily Double under $1200 Mountains. With the lead all to herself, she bets $2600 on the mountain derived from the Ainu word for "fire". "What is Mount Fuji?" Right for $15,000. She'll end in second place with $15,400. Thanks to a rally, Mike's in the lead with $16,400 to Ray's $9200.

If you're living in Seattle or Vancouver, one click can put you in Jeopardy!. Go to the website for more details.

Final Jeopardy! in "Novelists": his great-granddad wrote the best-seller "White Rose of Memphis", a city 40 miles north of the county in which he was raised. Correct response: Who is William Faulkner?

Ray is right... Carol is right, taking the lead. Mike is right... he's your winner today withy $30,801. Ray leaves with $15,200.

Lingo by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  7p ET/6p CT on GSN
Host: Chuck Woolery
Siblings Jessica (library clerk) & Geoff (administrative assistant)
Couple Sara (marketing director) & Andy (work for LA PR)

Whoever says that pink is the new black should be drug out to the street and clubbed. And no, that is not an endorsement of drugging and clubbing anyone. I just happen to disagree strongly with pink being the new anything. Pink is pink, okay?

Anyway, we go to round 1. Jessica & Geoff start things off with ALERT, CHEER, STOVE, WIRED, and the Lingo to shoot to 150. Sara & Andy start their own run with BRING, but end it with Sara drawing red. Jessica & Geoff pick up where they left off with LOUSY, but Andy & Sara steal THIEF (how apropos), and follow with RUSTY, giving them 75 to the Yellows' 175 to end the round.

Round 2 starts with Sara & Andy closing the gap with KITES, but Sara can't keep her hands off those damned stopper balls. They get the draw back with DRYER. Sara draws ? to Lingo, giving them the lead, 275-175. Jessica & Geoff need a run like, now. They eventually come up with LEASH, but Sara & Andy steal MEDIA to win, 325-225.

With two Bonus Lingo letters, Andy & Sara get OWNED, WHICH, LYRIC, and BORED, worth four. 44 for $10,000. Andy, with four letters in his name, gets 4... times 2. 8 is worth nothing. Sara, in a shocker, pulls the winner on the last draw, giving them $5000.

The Price is Right by Travis Schario, GSNN

Air time:  11a ET/10a CT on CBS (markets may vary)
Host: Bob Barker
Today's show hasn't really held up to the blue text promise on Monday of "Let's make this year better." Here's the rundown.

The show started off in fun fashion with Contestant Jennifer Haley walking away with a bumper pool table ($2695) as her 1-bid, then playing Range Game with mastery, capturing a 7 night cruise to Alaska, valued at $3997.

The big guns came out again today in the second act. Contestant Terence Matthews claimed a $3367 snow cone wagon (first ever offered in daytime I believe, right Roger?), then was shown a Lincoln Town Car on a turntable for 3 Strikes. One of the quickest playings (and losses) this reporter can recall, Matthews pulled and placed the third digit before drawing the strike three consecutive pulls.

After screaming in her $1 bid, contestant Karen Milliner captured a $3075 Ridgeway grandfather clock, and had a chance to add another $10,000 cash to her take in Grand Game. Unfortunately, her bell tolled with a selection of Flexital Anti-Fungal ($9.99). Her Grand Game take: $100.

The award for "Worst Game Play Of The Day" goes to contestant William Burr. One of the First Four, he escaped the row with a $699 Arrow storage building, the 5th 1-bid of the day. His game: 5 Price Tags for a Jeep Wrangler. We only saw the tags once today; Burr wiped out, "zigging when he should have zagged" on all four small prizes. "It happened last in 1986," Bob quipped, after conferring with Roger.

Matthews and Christoper Ross, Iraqi Vet (short for veteran, not veterinarian, Bob) and proud owner of a set of Flowlab skateboards and a Pulaski king size bed (total value: $6461), were today's Runner-up and Top Winner, respectively. Matthews, with a bid of $18,500, went over by only $252 on his Showcase, a set of DK cooking books, an Aico dining room, Noritake china, and a trip to China. Ross, however, by being only a scant $14,683 under his Showcase with a $29,000 bid, won a 20GB iPod, a Laserstar Jukebox, a big screen TV, and a Pontiac GTO. Ross's total on the day: $50,184.

Fan notes: No Dr. Senay for the third day running, and Rich's suit was dark gray again.

STATS: 3/6; $71,092

Dr. Emily Senay, if you're out there, we need to know how to keep healthy before the end of the hour!

He misses...back to Shawn. Shawn solves WHALE SHARKS & MANTA RAYS for $1,250. You can see these off the coast of Mexico! Shawn is going to Cancun and the Moon Palace Golf and Spa resort! Airfare provided by Mexicana Airlines. It's worth $7,000. And if you have the SPIN ID of BR00707...you are off to Cancun! She has $8,250 in this round...and $11,250 in total!

She has $25,900 in cash and trip!

And Shawn completes her domination with JOHNNY DEPP AS WILLY WONKA for $2,600. And she clean sweeps the game with $31,500. Both Steve and Valerie are done for the night...and we give them each $1,000!

Will we be 0 for 8 in bonus rounds? Will Shawn rescue us from the Bonus Round Blues? I have a very good feeling about this. She lands on the , in $100,000. Her puzzle tonight is THING. With the normal 6 and her choices of CMBO:

_ E B
B R O _ S E R

And we have our first winner of the season! Whether it be Firefox, Netscape or Mozilla...it's a WEB BROWSER! And she adds $25,000 in cash to her impressive total of $56,500 in cash and trip to Mexico! I told you she would do it!

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire by Don Harpwood, GSNN

Last time, someone left the show $50,000 richer. Can the next contestant top that?

Said contestant is Alan Bjerga (Alexandria, VA), and he used to be a shepherd until a wool allergy surfaced. Now, he just writes about farming. He's also frugal, so he likely won't be spending whatever he wins immediately. As the game starts, Alan's first question asks what Otis Redding claims to be "just sittin' on" according to a 1968 song, and he knows it's the dock of the bay (good thing it's not the Jersey turnpike; that sounds dangerous). The game continues, and along the way, Alan figures that according to an official site for the cereal, Cap'n Crunch was briefly promoted to "Admiral" until he got tired of having a desk job. And soon enough, he faces this one for $2,000...

People are commonly warned to avoid eating which of these foods due to the possibility of salmonella poisoning?
A: Honey
B: Overcooked meat
C: Canned tuna
D: Raw eggs

Alan asks the audience, and an overwhelming 94% of the studio audience picks D, with 85% of the AIM users agreeing. So naturally, he goes with D, and moves on. Another question later, and here's his $8,000 question...

According to legend, what children's game originated as a training exercise to improve the footwork of Roman soldiers?
A: Hopscotch
B: Jump rope
C: Simon Says
D: Marco Polo

Alan uses the 50:50, which eliminates C and D, which were the two that he figured it wasn't. But instead of using the last lifeline to further help him, he takes a guess and says A... and he's right! Yet another couple of questions later, and he's up to $25,000! He then gets this for $50,000...

Since 2004, over a million blue wristbands have been given out in the British government's campaign against what?
A: Eating disorders
B: Bullying
C: Cheating
D: Underage drinking

Alan doesn't know, so he chooses to call Ryan, someone who beat him plenty of times in a high school knowledge bowl. Ryan is pretty sure that it's B, so Alan goes with it... and indeed, it's B! But the next question, for $100,000, really has Alan stumped, as he doesn't know what sea creatures migrate for hundreds of miles to reach the Atlantic's Sargasso Sea, where their spawning grounds are located (Eels). So, he switches the question, and gets this one...

Robert Beckwith, who died in Virginia in 1985 at the age of 81, was the last direct descendant of what famous American?
A: Benjamin Franklin
B: Thomas Edison
C: George Washington
D: Abraham Lincoln

This one has Alan stumped as well, so upon saying "I will fight no more forever," he chooses to walk with $50,000, which is a good chunk of money for a day's work. Oh, and the answer is D.

I noticed a pair of similarities between this episode and the last one; each of them had just one contestant's full run, and they both won $50,000. Just thought I'd mention that here. With that, time is up for today. A new face will grace the hot seat tomorrow.
