Lingo by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  7p ET/6p CT on GSN
Host: Chuck Woolery
This Short is even shorter due to a technical fault (remember, kids... save your work once you're done with it!), but we can tell you that food server Jessica and her mother Shelly win the game, 450-100, rack up nine words in Bonus Lingo, and it seems like the $5000 is a sure thing.

The $10,000 isn't, though. Jessica pulls 52 instead of 44, but they do get the $10,000.

Answer to Instant Replay: BULLS.

Trato Hecho by Gordon Pepper, GSNN

Air time:  12p ET/11a CT on Univision
Host: Guillermo Huesca
Who's up for a quick deal? Magdalena the nurse is as she gets what's in the small box - unless she wants what's in the big box. Whatever she doesn't want, Elsa, the woman who looks like she apparently hasn't gotten up yet, gets. Elsa, who has shaving cream on her face, can bail out of the box for $300 - which she refuses. Guillermo instead gives the $300 to Armando the mad monk and gives Elsa a trip to Seaworld worth $1,214!

Inside the small box for Magdalena is... a smaller box. That's mean, Guillermo. He offers Magdalena another big box - which she doesn't want. He then offers the box to Armando, who also turns it down. Inside the big box - a washer/dryer combo worth $818. At least Armando has $300, while Magdalena has...an even smaller box. Ouch. Guillermo gives Magdalena one more chance to trade - this time for the curtain #2. She keeps the very small box and this time gives up a sofa and tv set worth $1,479! I haven't seen a Chasco yet - is it in the small box? Yes it is, in the form of a rubber spider. Poor Magdalena.

Hopefully, Jorge the scholar will do better than Magdalena. he can choose between a dog and a box. Inside one of those things is 1 dollar, with which he can buy gardening equipment worth $1,058. Jorge selects the dog, and inside the box is...nothing! The dog has the dollar and Jorge has the gardening equipment. Guillermo then ambushes him into saying the show's name. Guillermo is certainly feisty today.

Matilde the beauty queen and Edmundo the clown are happy that he's feisty, because they are the next two people up to play. We start with Matilde, who has Curtain #1. She is told that there are 4 things behind the curtain and he will buy them off for $100 each for $400. She takes the money and turns down - 3 sets of long flannel underwear, 1 mummy wrapped in bandages and a FrankenChasco! Wait a sec - that makes 5 things. Someone owes Matilde $100.

Now it's time for Edmundo, who has a red hat with 'Sexy' on it. I'm waiting for Chico to yell 'Too Sexy!'. Anyway, Guillermo has a big box with 5 things - and he's going to buy them back for $100 an item, or $500. Edmundo instead wants the box, and inside the box is a stuffed pig, 2 knitting needles, a ball of yarn and a scarf, for a pork-filled Chasco!

We will now see who wants to give back what they won for a shot at over $5,000 for the Gran Trato. Elsa gives up Seaworld, while Jorge gives up the gardening equipment. But which door to take? Elsa takes #2, Jorge takes #1, and we see what's behind #1. Jorge will lose some value, but will still take home $850, as he says that he will use the money to buy books for class. That's quite scholarly of him.

For Elsa, who picks #2, she gets a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, and range for a total of $2,427. But this time, no one picks the Gran Trato, which was behind #3, and which is a vacation to Puerto Vallarta. When returning from the trip, you'll be greeted with a new dining room, including table and chairs, dinnerware and armoire. All in all, the deal was worth $5,051!

No one wins that, but we'll be back with more wheeling and dealing - and Chascos, of course. Join us on Monday for more.
