Yellows: Brothers Adam (freelance assistant) &
Nate (aspiring writer) |
|
Reds: Coworkers Demetri (small-business
entrepreneur) & Dani (works for Demetri) |
Adam & Nate get a bowl
of CHILI to start, following with DAIRY, while Demetri &
Dani steal GUILT, following with FLOWS. Adam & Nate
steal MOODY, and Nate gets moody when he gets Lingo for
125 to the reds' 50. But they get the draw back with
SCOPE. But Nate comes up red. But the brothers are back
with BAKED. There's another red ball to end the round at
175-50 Yellows.
Demetri & Dani get a T
to start round 2, but Adam & Nate TRASH the competition,
stealing that and the draw. They get GREEN, but Demetri
& Dani get WIVES and the Lingo to go with it. They're
still behind, though, 200 to the guys' 275. Adam & Nate
get CLERK and their own Lingo, giving them 425 to 200.
New board up, back to the ladies. PAWNS is the word
here, and the score at 425-250. That's game called with
Adam & Nate winning!
Three letters in the
Bonus Lingo, as Adam & Nate come up with TAKEN, HOWDY,
DOGGY, PANTS, SCRAP, and KITTY for six balls/bills. If
the first one is 43, that's going to $10,000. Nate takes
it. He gets... 21. After two... three... four... five,
that's worth $5000! |

Trato
Hecho by
Gordon Pepper, GSNN
Air time: 12p ET/11a CT on Univision
Host: Guillermo Huesca |
|
Guillermo's got a deal
cooking with the couple of Umberto the Chef and Michelle
the fruit lady. Michelle gives Guillermo a banana.
Guillermo gives Umberto a deal - except he's making the
deal for Michelle. Is Umberto giving Michelle the box or
curtain #1. Umberto gives Michele the box, which means
that Michele could have had a digital camera and a
VCR/gaming system for $1,050. Instead, she gets a lawn
mower worth $699, and Michelle isn't looking too happy.
Now Michelle gets to make a deal for Umberto - either a
small envelope or Vitacolina and whatever goes along
with it. Michelle gives Umberto the envelope, which
means that Umberto doesn't get the $800 hidden in the
Vitacilina. As for the envelope... Guillermo keeps it
closed and offers him the small box instead, which he
doesn't want. He should have taken it - inside is a trip
to Las Vegas with $600 worth of gas! That was worth
$1,206 - which is going to be better than the $50 in the
envelope.
Guillermo has one more deal - he will offer both them a
chance to swap the lawnmower and the $50 for Curtain #3.
Despite the fact that neither of them get what they
want, they keep their stuff - which is good, because
behind the curtain is Super Chicken and Inferno Boy,
duking it out for a Chasco!
With the couple gone, Guillermo selects Cecilia and
French Maid (though she's not very French) and takes her
over to the Trato Hecho Cash Register. She can hit any
button that she wants, and each one has money, but if
she hits the one that's worth $1, she will win a bedroom
set worth $2,181!
With that, Cecilia selects button #4, and we start
hitting buttons. It's not behind button #1 (Chasco!) or
2 ($100), so Guillermo offers her the small box if she
wants to change her mind. She doesn't, and she gives up
a portable DVD player worth $399. Button #3 has...$1.
Awwww...no bedroom set. However, button #4 has a good
consolation prize - $500! Button #5 also had $500, while
Button #6 had $100.
Guillermo's assistant brings down 'El Bolero de Raquel'.
In the bolero are two make up cases. Guillermo gives
Ariana and Julio the chance to pick one. Julio takes the
orange one, leaving Ariana with the purple one. Julio
gets a chance to trade for the box, and he takes it.
Inside the orange make up case was... $100. Julio makes
a wise move and gets a washer/dryer system worth $1,098.
Now it's Ariana's turn. She can swap out for Curtain #2
- and she does. In the make up case, we have... also
$100, which means that there's something worth more
behind the curtain. There is - a guitar and a karaoke
system worth $899.
A lot of people won stuff today, which is going to make
it interesting to see who goes for the Gran Trato. Julio
gives up the washer/dryer and Ariana gives up the music
set to go for it. Easy come, easy go.
So where are the contestants going? Julio wants door #3,
Ariana wants door #2, and we see first door...#1, where
we had $800 waiting. Next up... Door #2, where Ariana
wins a range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator worth
$2,427. That means that Julio the wolf gets the spoils
(and Red Riding Hood, who comes over and hugs him) as he
sees a living room, complete with sofa, lounge chairs,
tables and cell phones for a total of $5,342! The wolves
will be howling tonight! |
