First, Kari Bravada (25; Placentia, CA), whose sister told her about the audition, is surprised by the news and even more surprised by the fact that she has her sister's blessing. During freshman year, the elder Bravada has been a cheerer and a dancer, but in her sophomore year, she literally exploded. She was 16 with DD breasts. So no more dancing. She later exploded all over as a result of the depression she felt. The experts see her breasts and her pride as source for challenge

No sooner than Kari leaves for the Swan than Kari's sister Gina Bravada (27; Placentia, CA), who has been her sister's protector for a long time, gets the news that she too will be in the program. Like Kari, Gina was well endowed in the chestal area and that led to problems physically and emotionally (18-year-old guys were hitting on her). She says that she doesn't have time to think about herself. She's not comfortable being intimate with her boyfriend.

The plan is nearly identical, although the problem here is a contour issue (Dr. D wants to underreduce her breasts). It should be interesting to see how someone who takes care of others will react.

So not only does security have its hands full keeping both women on the straight and narrow (which, when you're dealing with Kari, is almost impossible), but now they have to be separated at all times. Understandable for Kari, as she thinks that she's going through the program by herself, as both sisters sign away their lives for three months. Meanwhile, Gina has to make like she's on vacation for a while. That proves to be a tad difficult. The pause is your enemy.

Gina's surgical consult with Dr. D: Either a liposuction or a tummy tuck. But the real problem area? That's right.. her breast size. Dr. D will do a reduction, keeping in mind that Gina will lose more weight in the fitness program. "I think she'll be pageant ready in no time." Face surgery: success. Body: success. "It'll be interesting to compare her surgery to Dr. Haworth's surgery and her sister."

Kari's surgical consult with Dr. H: "The size and shape of Kari's breasts give her this top heavy appearance, making her look shorter and stockier. So he details the breast reduction and the face feminization. Kari feels like she on "Nip/Tuck". Well, I didn't want to say it, but in a way, you kinda are. Kari's liposuction: success. Face surgery: success. Reawakening... we have a problem. So Dr. H suggests a battery of tests and researching on sleep apnea before we can reduce her breasts. The results are in... and she is cleared for surgery. So we continue. Apparently one false move can kill the nipple, but that's not a problem. Catching up, that may be a problem.

Gina's initial weigh-in: 147.6... at 5'4. Cause of death: fast food. Cure: five smaller portions. With no soda. Good luck.

Kari, though, is worried that her veneers will break when she talks to Dr. W. about it. "They're pretty indestructible." Yeah, but Kari's pretty clumsy. But nothing to worry about there, so we're all good in that department.

Gina has a rough night after surgery, but is feeling better after seeing the results through Dr. D's eyes.

Fast forward a month to the final reveal and an unexpected reunion. First up, Kari with a large chest and a weight reduction who emerged from a serious health risk, even as she was overly concerned with Gina. She emerges from the risk... looking like she did in freshman year of high school. Very very nice. But what will Kari think? It's time for the mirror...

"This is so incredible. I love it! I can't believe how small this thing is!" She thinks that Gina will be proud of her. Dr. H and Nely agree. And speaking of which, let's not forget that Gina was ALSO a Swan-in-training. We all saw Gina as the caretaker, but has now taken her own life into account. And that shows as we see.. yeah, pose.. work it girl.. She admits that keeping her secret was difficult, but here's something that's easy to reveal... the new Gina:

"No way, it's not me. No way. It's impossible!" Believe it. That's all you. The shocker: she's little.

But which little person will advance to the pageant? We'll see, but first, it's time for Kari to know the truth, that Gina was secretly a part of the program. And her reaction? Well, both are pretty much in awe over how small they are. But now, it's time for them to find out that they are competing against each other for a slot in the Pageant. Remember, the experts are judging on poise, beauty, overall transformation, and who looks more like an anime. Okay, that last one was mine. The Bravada sister that will be joining Jennifer Patton, Gina Davis, and Erica Moore in the Swan Pageant is... Kari. No focuses on losing tonight, because seeing sisters reunited like that is a once in a lifetime experience. Joining them now is the family
