Her competitor: Christina Ozuna (30; Silverdale, WA). Her husband in the Navy, her divorced parents, and her disassociating father has taken a toll on her emotionally. She lost 30 pounds, but has since hit a plateau. She just wants to be a good mother to her 8-year-old daughter.

Nely notes a red flag that prompts her to work with Debbie. She also needs a full-mouth reconstruction among other things...

It's go time.

Erica's surgical consult: sagging skin, breast droop, asymmetry, time to call Dr. H. He starts with liposuction, followed by matching asymmetrical breasts. After the face... "Now I'm happy."

Christina's dental consult with Dr. W: "I think she's gone through years of neglect with her teeth. I have to do just about a full-mouth reconstruction on her."

Erica's nutritional consult: She needs to lose 30 pounds, but she can eat five times a day... How fair is that?

At the gym, Christina notes that the trainer is absolutely insane. Debbie notes that Christina expects the surgery to do all the work for her, but it's on her to keep it that way with exercise.

Erica's dental consult: cleaning and veneers. Erica doesn't want the veneers at first. Dr. W gives her time to think about it. In the end, she does go through with it.

Christina's surgical consult: What size breasts does she want? "As big as I can go without looking ridiculous." Define "ridiculous." She wants to go DD. That's pretty ridiculous on a woman her size, but it's doable. "Christina's surgery could be very painful and actually quite difficult to recover from. But I think she's going to be incredible when she's done." Before the surgery, the jitters. During the surgery, Dr. D notes an "unbelievably fascinating nose"... not in a good way, though. After Dr. D's DD's, "truly a work of art." Yeah, we'll see.

Two days after, Christina's having a tough time with her recovery. She's in a lot of pain, whereas Erica's right on track with her healing. Of course, some of that is on Christina as she isn't wearing her chinstrap as prescribed by the doc. Dude, listen to the doctor, he knows more than you. "If you bleed into the neck because you haven't been compressing it, that could turn into scar tissue and that could be irreversible." She tries to foll him into thinking that she has been wearing the strap for the next two weeks... Didn't work.

Erica's inner transformation: "She needs to grow up." That leads to role-play with Dr. Ianni as her mother. Ah, a breakthrough.

Meanwhile, Nely takes on Christina with the only weapon she has... her audition tape. Yeah, you know those little disclaimers as to why tapes become property of Fox? This is why. Thanks to Nely, Christina now have time to turn her lack of commitment around... one month, to be precise. Remember, they haven't seen themselves in three.

First, Christina. She was worried about everyone around her that she never got around to herself. She still looks a bit awkward... but at least she's smiling about it now. She was too concerned with her family to totally give it, but will she give in once she sees what she looks like three months on?

"I can't believe this is me." Believe it. She got results after letting the people do their job.

But how about Erica? She was making headway very quickly, but has it shown? Okay, Erica's gone, and Gena Lee Nolin has taken her place. Yeah, she knows what's coming next. She knows about the mirror, let's just go right to the hit...

"Oh my God. I'm beautiful. I love it! I'm not the big girl anymore." This is pretty much Wow and Pizzazz enough for her. Seeing later pictures, I see that she has come a long way, but she has still a long way to go... Now to the reveal that counts. Remember, the experts are judging on poise, beauty, overall transformation, and who would more or less make for better TV. Joining Jennifer Patton and Gina Davis in the Swan Pageant is... Erica Moore. Christina wasn't ready to focus on herself, while Erica stepped out on her own for the first time. Christina, though, is learning not to forget about herself anymore. That as she rejoins her aunt and daughter (husband Michael is now serving on a submarine).

Next time we see Erica will be in a few weeks for the pageant. Next time we see you will be next week, we hope, as the transformations continue... with SISTERS!
