Right now, the temperature is at a chilly 41 degrees, and it's only going to get colder as we take a look at our Qualifier course, which includes two obstacles making their ANW debut.

- Quintuple Steps
- CAT GRAB: Jump eight feet onto one wall, then another eight to another wall.
- Spinning Log
- SPIKES INTO CARGO: Jump and swing onto hanging spikes, then grab a cargo net.
- Devil Steps
- Warped Wall - 14 feet, three chances

As before, it's win-and-in. Hit the buzzer atop the Warped Wall, and you are guaranteed a spot in the City Final. First up tonight...

A few more athletes had a shot - Anthony Franciosi, Theo Kanning, Jose Lara - but failed.

The temps are now down to 38, while Matthew Sonnenberg, Maggi Thorne, Alexander Alvarez, and Noah Mittman all end up getting wet. Next up, a crowd favorite.

Chris Jordan, Curtis Tran, and Christian Okhrulik... all end up short of the Warped Wall

Matt Wilder, with a stitched arm, completed the course. Yen Chen and Isaac Caldiero join him. Danny Johnson lost on the Devil Steps.

- Faye Gulini (22; Salt Lake City; Olympic snowboarder): FAIL Quintuple Steps
- Dr. Noah "Ninja Doc" Kaufman (39; Fort Collins, CO; ER physician): in a gold lame jumpsuit. COMPLETE! (3:26.30). And he sees fellow physician Dr. Iseman. Yeah, I see you, dawg.

David Schwartz, Chris Romrell, and Paul Kasemir all complete the course.

- Meagan Martin (24; Boulder, CO; rock climbing instructor): COMPLETE! (4:46.29) Only the third woman to complete the qualifying course, and the FIRST rookie woman to do so!

And it's all come down to this final run...

- Brian Arnold (36; Brighton, CO; stay-at-home dad): He made it further than anyone on the Vegas course last year. COMPLETE! (2:32.86)
