Last week, fifteen of the best of the past year came to play the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions... Six of them left broken and humiliated, but with $5000 and the keys to a small but growing fraternity. That leaves us with the final nine... At the top, there's only room for one. Awaiting this year's chosen one: $250,000 of a $400,000 title purse.

Semifinalists are guaranteed at least $10,000. As always, any and all winning accrued depends on how far up the ladder a player goes.

The winner of tonight's match gets the Game 5 Cinderella stories: Stefan Goodreau and Jason Zollinger.

Vijay was strong all game long, but it was in the Double Jeopardy! round where he came alive and his opponents just stood there in absolute shock as they were forced to play to win. They didn't, and as a result, Vijay didn't have to do much in order to secure the win.
