16 Chefs Compete Two episodes.... ZERO entrees. Will night three in Hell fare any better, or will Tavon and Chris' eliminations be in vain? Right now, the women are at war with each other, or rather, they're at war with Barbie. New day begins... and Barbie's up cleaning the kitchen dorm... quietly... I SAID QUIETLY! Tiffany's about to have it out with Barbie over the dishwasher, and the rest of the girls are going to have to step in this until a call from Ramsay reminds EVERYONE why they're here. The dining room is decked out in full
American colors. Why? Because today's diners are, as of this taping,
AMERICA'S NEWEST CITIZENS. Not sure if that counts for Ramsay, but it
also counts for Guy, who became a citizen four months ago. He applied
twice. Royce is keeping the blues back with his slow salad prep, while Barbie waits for nobody. Robyn on salads gets the job done. Royce... needs to stop speaking in the third person. Guy and Clemenza rescue the Royce, while the women are serving entrees... waiting for Barbie's pizza that she's been working on. They're forced to eat their mistake. Clemenza... screws a pizza. As in pizzas that he has no problem cooking or eating. Meanwhile, the red entrees are flying. Clemenza recovers, but what about Brian and his sliders? ... Yeah, let's not talk about that. Patrick needs to rescue his team, while the Reds see the finish line... So do the Blues... Winners.... REDS! Now after they finish the Blues' job. The Reds are going with Chef to the San Diego Zoo! The Blues... who has no leader, until Patrick steps up... are going to the Ballona Wetlands to pinch hit in some clean up. So while the women spend the day at the zoo (and swear that they will complete service)... the guys are beautifying an old growth tree... but cutting down the dead bits. But will the reds keep their promise or will the blues finally get it together? ... Well, Royce isn't ready to play nice, so... James is fed up with apologizing to patrons, so one person from each team will be waiting. Tiffany and Don will handle that. One more thing. Ramsay makes a phone call to Royce's boss... season 1 runner up and former "Iron Chef" challenger Ralph Pagano. He says, and Ramsay agrees, "Tonight's the night." Knock it out for Ralph, Royce. "OPEN HELL'S KITCHEN, PLEASE!" Royce finally gets off the schneid on apps. The Reds,... not so much. In the kitchen, Don is not the best spellers. He can't spell "Appetizer". Blues push out the remaining appetizers. And everything is coming out beautifully. Next up... entrees! And... that's where Clemenza gets called up... on how good a job he's doing. The first entrees of the SERIES... are finally on their way to the diners. Barbie takes out a plate of scallops... and we mean TAKE OUT... Christina gets her apps out while the guys drown in Wellington. Turns out that they only have but so many... and they end up using them all. Woops. Meanwhile, Briana burns fish. So about the beef Wellingtons, Clemenza goes to the table and recommends the strip steak.... Okay! Meanwhile, the Reds are serving the table of firefighters... and Roshni forgets dumpling garnishes. Clemenza and Patrick are completing their order for the Marines... and it's perfect. Entrees are continuing a steady stream. Firefighters' table on the reds... have cold dumplings. At least they're communicating. But now the Wellingtons and the cods are completely screwed beyond repair. Ramsay orders the entire kitchen back up to the dorms. The men, meanwhile, are racing to the finish on their final table... and... Ovens off, clear down. We're done! Blues win this one, so the Reds will nominate. Briana's going to nominate herself, while
Dana brings up Barbie (why?). Danielle votes for Barbie. Kimmie seconds
that. Barbie thinks about Dana. Roshni says she cooks with her heart. She wants Chef to see what she has. Briana says that she's a good cook, but she'll learn from her mistakes. Barbie, compared to the appendix, owns her mistakes, but she says that she's a fighter. Leaving Hell's Kitchen tonight.... ... BRIANA. She's not getting any stronger.
