Family Feud by Chico Alexander and Chris Tufts, GSNN

Air time: Check listings or familyfeud.com
Host: Richard Karn

I... love... Feuding on TV, case #3, hanging with my friends... and TWINS... It's the Battle of the Twins on the Feud all this week. The money is tied... the games are tied... This one will decide it.

Oldest (Jody, Charla, Scott, Joyce, Mike): $22,500
Youngest (Erin, Darla, Chris, Joanne, Paul); $22,500

Round 1: something that's not nearly as enjoyable when you get too much of it (5). Erin fires with ice cream... that puts all food at #1! Other not-so-enjoyables: sex, love, and a good drink. The Elders try sleep for the steal... Got it for 83!

Round 2: a country in which flirting is practically a national pastime (6). Darla gets #1, France, while the rest of the Youngers follow up with America, Italy, and Brazil while the elders try to steal wtih Greece... Not there. Youngers get 92. Other answers: Mexico, Sweden.

Double Round: something you'd hate to see your cat using as a litter box (full board). Chris gets #5, the sofa, while Scott gets #3, the bed. Closet is good for #4, while rugs make it to #2. Charla gets the top answer, the floor. The Youngers try to steal with a dining room table. Not there! The Elders get 227! Other answer: tub/bathroom.

Triple Round: something you do to a banana. Joanne gets the top of the board with peeling it. You can also eat it, cut it, and ... dry them? The Elders hope so... NOT THERE! Youngers win it, 377-227! Other answer: put in cereal.

Now that the Youngers won the week, can they win the money? They send Erin and Paul to Fast Money... but they only get as far as 148, giving the Elders a total of $25,000.

Next week, relive Soap Stars Week...

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire by Don Harpwood, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or millionairetv.com
Host: Meredith Vieira
Going into today's show, Amanda McMeniman (Rockaway, NJ) sits at the $16,000 level, with no lifelines available...

Amanda is a elementary school teacher, but she had to give it up in order to take care of her 7-month-old kid. As a result, the family is making less money than they used to, so she could really use the money here. On that note, the game resumes...

[$25,000]
What internal organ is considered the largest gland in the human body?
A: Stomach
B: Liver
C: Spleen
D: Pancreas

Amanda has an idea, but she doesn't want to risk it, so she walks with $16,000. She was thinking D, but it was B, so it was a good move!

Next up is Fred Singleton (Brewster, NY). In high school, he had the nickname "Freddie Flash", since he was the fastest high school hurdler in the country. And as far as this game goes, he sees each question as a hurdle. Seems like a good way to look at it. So, Fred starts by knowing that according to the title of a 1983 hit by Cyndi Lauper, it's girls who "just want to have fun". As he goes through the lower tier, he comes up against this hurdle...

[$1,000]
Created in 2005, the National Clandestine Service is a U.S. agency charged with coordinating what government activity?
A: Taxation
B: Health care
C: Diplomacy
D: Spying

Fred asks the audience, and both polls favour D (84% of the studio audience; 50% of the AIM users). Fred trusts them... and he has $1,000! A few more hurdles later, and he faces this...

[$16,000]
Nick Carraway, a young Midwesterner, is the narrator of what classic American novel?
A: The Great Gatsby
B: On the Road
C: Catch-22
D: The Sun Also Rises

Fred decides to call his wife's friend, Elizabeth, and she says A. Fred goes with it... and it's A! Moving on...

[$25,000]
In an unusual marketing move, what group debuted its video "Streets of Love" on a 2005 episode of "Days of Our Lives"?
A: Green Day
B: The Rolling Stones
C: U2
D: Coldplay

Fred says that he thinks it's not B, then uses the 50:50. A and B remain. Fred says A... but he's wrong! It's B! Ouch. That sends him outta here with $1,000.

In the hot seat now is Sabine Jeudy (Brooklyn, NY). She's a midwife, but she doesn't want to be 'babied' when it comes to this game, as she says the breathing exercises may make her pass out here. But she's ready to have those questions thrown at her, so Sabine starts by knowing that in school, the end of a classroom period is traditionally signaled by the ringing of a bell (though a hand in the armpit would be more amusing). She sweeps the lower tier, then soon reaches this...

[$8,000]
In 2005, who topped Forbes magazine's list of the 100 most powerful celebrities for the first time?
A: Mel Gibson
B: Oprah Winfrey
C: Steven Spielberg
D: Tom Cruise

Sabine decides to ask the audience, and both polls are leaning towards B (52%; 54%). Sabine trusts them... and they're right! Next question...

[$16,000]
Founded in 1967, the American Cetacean Society focuses on the conservation of which of these animals?
A: Whales
B: Eagles
C: Buffalo
D: Sea turtles

The 50:50 leaves A and D. Sabine then calls a friend's husband, John, and he says he's thinking D, but when asked how sure he is, he only has time to say, "Eh." Sabine then thinks about it, and decides to walk. It turns out that the answer was A. Oh well; Sabine has $8,000!

That's all for this week. See ya on Monday!
