On this series, knowing what your kid will do next could lead you to thousands of dollars for their college education. The object is simple: a husband-and-wife team will play with their baby. One will play in the Babydome with their kid, and the other will try and predict what will happen.

First up, Derrick (32 mos) plays with his parents, Jhinezka & Derrick Dancer II. Their game: Spin Cycle. Derrick will coach little Derrick, while Jhinezka will predict whether little Derrick can spin seven times in 30 seconds. She says YES. Derrick... DOES for $5000!

Next, Dez (41 mos) and his parents Dodo & Rick Dunaj. They're going to Get a Grip. Rick gets sent into the Babydome, while Dodo gets this: for $5000 will baby Dezzie follow your husband's instructions and hold onto the ball for a full minute? Dodo doesn't think so. Dezzie... holds onto it. No money for them right now, but they will be back later.

Piper (34 mos) and her parents Deanne & Eamonn Powers are going to Stack'em. 'Em... are not blocks, but chocolate sandwich cookies. Deanne is heading into the Babydome, while Eamonn gets to predict how many cookies they'll stack for 1 minute. Eamonn goes for six or less... A GOOD BET! They get $5000!

Evan (39 mos), baby of Danielle & Cody Jones, will get to play Babyzilla. Cody heads to the Babydome while Danielle wonders how many yellow towers (out of the red and blue ones) will be left standing after a minute. She says 0 to 2. RIGHT!

Gyan (37 mos) and her parents Collette & Andrew Zinn get to enjoy the Sound of Moo-sic, a game involving animal sounds. Andrew makes the noises, but Collette will get to guess how many noises he can get Gyan to make. She's confident in 8-10. Confidence well placed!

Now let's bring all five families out one more time to see who will go for the $50,000 in the College Round. The challenge that will determine who plays... the kids will have to remove toys from the floor to reveal a rebus. The person who rings and solves it correctly will move on. Eamonn rings in... "Rock-a-bye Baby" ... IS RIGHT! The other families leave with a $1000 Walmart gift card and a year's worth of Luvs diapers.

Now it's time to smash for cash in the College Round. There are numerous Piggy Banks on the floor, with as little as $500 and as much as $25,000. Inside one, though, is a college fun worth $50,000. They'll get up to five hits. After each one, they'll decide to keep what they win or go on. The Powerses smash... $15,000... trade that in for $500... trade THAT in for $25,000... and KEEP it for a total tonight of $30,000 for Piper's college education!

In the nightcap, the Parandas and their baby Addison win the shot at $50,000. Amanda starts with hitting... $15,000! Fernando trades it in for $500. They trade that in for ... COLLEGE!

Travis & Sydney

The teams will get a Flip List of three projects, $500 seed money, and one hour to shop at a flea market.

FLIP LIST:
- Seating Project
- Mix & Match
- Fixer-Upper

Travis & Sydney want to transform a wooden frame & table legs into a curio table, a wrought-iron table into an upholstered bench, and a broken-down frame into an original art piece. Gina & Lindsey counter with reimagined chairs, a mix-and-match vanity, and an office-desk mini-bar.

The next day, the teams head to the Melrose Trading Post to sell their wares. Biggest profit gets a check for $5000.

Gina & Lindsey's vanity nets a profit of $173. Travis & Sydney's curio table nets a profit of $175. Dead heat. Their artwork gives them another $250. The mini-bar.... another $145. Mid-century chairs give Gina & Lindsey a total profit of $478. Travis & Sydney need to sell their bench for more than a $53 profit... They sell the bench for only a $15 profit.

Final score for $5000... $478 to $440. Gina & Lindsey win it!

Last night, Adam won $40,000 in one game. Let that sink in for a while. He could break both the $100K and the tournament planes tonight.

THREE DAY CHAMPION
Adam Holquist

Erie, PA
environmental engineer
$76,299
Mona Miller
Los Angeles
lawyer & writer
Matt Eichenbaum
Kennett Square, PA
orthopedic surgeon

Adam begins with $200 Entertaining Food & Drink. Matt finds the Daily Double under $800 Historical Geographic AKAs. He fronts all of his $1000 on this: old maps used "Natolia" to denote the eastern part of what's now this country. "What is Turkey?" FOR THE DOUBLER, $2000! He ends up with $6400. Adam has half that. Mona on $2800 will start Double Jeopardy!...

... with $400 Authoress! Authoress!, finding the first Daily Double under $800 Historical Blindness. She bets $2000 on this: the modern guide dog movement began in this country with WWI veterans being shepherded around. "What is Germany?" Got the clue within the clue for $4800. Adam finds the other under $1600 The War of 1812. He fronts $3000 on this: this Washington attorney was held prisoner aboard a British ship in mid-September 1814. "Who is Francis Scott Key?" That would've given him the cash, but "Jay" leaves him with $3800. He ends up with $3400 to Mona's $7600. Matt has $13,200 and ALMOST a runaway.

Final Jeopardy! in "Physicists": on October 14, 1992 particle detector inventor Georges Charpak became the last man in physics to achieve this honor alone. Correct response: what is the Nobel Physics Prize?

Everyone's right, and Matt wins $25,497. Adam leaves with $77,299.

  Alison McManus-Miller (Tobyhanna, PA)
She tried out for the show 12 times before finally getting the call.

She jumps the 1st question, which had $1,000. She then builds up a bank of $45,600 before jumping the 8th, which had $7,000. That is followed by this...

[Q9 - Band Origins]
According to legend, which of these rock bands got the inspiration for their name from an electrical label they saw on the back of a sewing machine?
A: U2
B: Matchbox Twenty
C: AC/DC
D: Steely Dan

Alison says that C would be the obvious answer, but she decides to ask the audience anyway. 86% agree that it's C. She goes with that, and it is indeed C, putting into her bank... $10,000! That makes her total $55,600!

[Q10 - Little Bars] ($5,000)
Which of these Hershey chocolate bars is only available in miniature size, and not as a regular bar?
A: Krackel
B: Hershey's Milk
C: Special Dark
D: Mr. Goodbar

She's not really into candy, but Alison does consider this for a bit. She eliminates B, and she thinks it's not C, either. In the end, she decides to walk with $27,800! As for the answer, it's A.

To end the show, Stephanie Van Lowe, who teaches skin care, is chosen from the audience to play the next question in Alison's stack for $1,000...

[$100,000]
Which of these authors was accused by Theodore Roosevelt of being a "nature faker" for depicting animals in a sentimental light?
A: Upton Sinclair
B: Mark Twain
C: Jack London
D: Laura Ingalls Wilder

Stephanie doesn't know this. She guesses B... but it's C!
