LA/Seattle (or "Rain Delay")

This is it. The final auditions cities
are out. It's their last chance to dance for a spot in the top 20. Can
they make it with flying colors, or just crash & burn? Flight 13 is
clear for takeoff to our first city......
LOS ANGELES
Joining the terrible 2 consisting of Nigel & Mary is Adam Shankman. Even
Twitch was on hand for this. But in order to be him, you have to start
here, like our first hopeful named Bianca, who last year, slipped the
top 20 chances out of her hands. This time, she went to Vegas in a quick
flash with a tap routine, thanks to the judges. Maybe Brynelle & Xavier
wants to give it a try. With a dramatic dance, they're acting
like....un, siblings, I guess. Neither one advances, and they go home
crying. Here's a plus size dancer named Debra, Despite not making it to
advance, she....uh.....I don't know. Watch the routine for yourself.
Moving on now......we have very strange people audition and Calico isn't
one. He does a lindy hop that got the judges dancing, and they hop him
straight to Vegas. Here's Asuka & Ricky, a ballroom duo. With one
breathtaking routine, they went to Vegas, meaning Asuka has to step up
her game after not making to the top 20. Thinking that they tease him in
8th grade for dancing, Nathan does a nice routine. Just one problem: He
is 17 yrs. old. 1 year shy of the age limit. The judges give him a
ticket to Vegas as a parting gift for next year.
DAY 2
The day begins with Sammy who is a wrestler. With a nice routine, he
gets the 3-count to the next round. Getting pinned is losing in
wrestling, and is you ask Stacey and her routine, that's what's gonna
happen to you. Next is Amanda, whose dad has MS for 13 years. She does
an expressive routine, and the judges wowed her so much, she is off to
Vegas. Remember Phillip from last season? He had pneumonia from his time
and Vegas and couldn't perform. This time, along with Arielle, he goes
to Vegas without dancing. How lucky is that? Arielle, however, does a
routine and tells a story about her parents un the intensive care unit.
That'll send her to Vegas, won't it? Here's Kevin channeling his...uh,
inner Shakira, but he went like a washer and into the dryer he goes.
Round 2 came and Sammy hit a homerun to Vegas along with others. Now we
take a supersonic jet to the land of "Oz."
SEATTLE
Up first, in the Emerald City, Christopher doing a mix of 2 tangos and 1
ballroom one. Unfortunately, it all went to the trash for him. Nasty
Nick is up next and he cleans up with a fast routine. However, he ran
out of gas and that was it for Nick ejecting out the door he goes.
Dmitrous is up next and he does a bunch or tricks, but silly rabbit,
he's gone. Kelsea is up with a routine Nigel calls it zany, but zany
could be a given for round 2. That came and guess what? She advances to
Vegas!
DAY 2
Kupohn'i...i'm not making this up, is from Hawaii and dances with a
chair, but the judges call it...uh, feminine. Round 2 he goes to. But
wait, Is that....Yes, it's Dave "Sex" Sollar. How's this for a repeat
performance? Here's Leonid who has his own rave party. The judges ask to
go rave somewhere else as David for the first time ever moves on to
round 2. That did came, and Sex was gone becoming the only man to make
it to round 2. Everybody else went to Vegas. That's where we'll be next
week to see which of the 170 dancers will make the top 20. It's gonna be
a good one. See you then!
