For the last four seasons, anyone could come in and challenge Alex Guarnaschelli. This season… only the best will face the Iron Chef in a twist we’re calling “Alex’s Nightmares”. Season 5 begins with Alex being challenged by three winners of Tournament of Champions…

SURVIVAL ROUND: Challengers determine the variables. First place will choose the variables in the Money Round… Even if it’s Alex. Last place will be eliminated… Even if it’s Alex.
