got her only 54. Jonathan could not come up with any of the #1s

their luck ran out giving the Sequerios the win.
Karla & David will try their attempt at Fast Money. Karla had a
couple of good answers, and she got 86. David's first answer may
have proved costly, as they fell just short of the finish, getting
a total of $930. |

pick first in Double Jeopardy!...

As a quick reminder, tomorrow CBS will
replay All Hallows' Price from last year on account of this year's
taping being cancelled due to Drew's operation. The good news:
he's back at work and cranking out make-goods as we speak.
Now to business. Helen Lotze, Vanis Daniels, Hala Sabry & John
Grotte lead off with a pair of iPad Airs with covers (C-Note:
special shoutout to Tim Cook). The $1076 tablets go to John, who
could win a lot of apps with $16,000 in It's in the Bag. Sheba cat
food for 79c? YES! Microtouch hair trimmer for $9.99? YES! Bag of
Wonderful pistachios for $5.49? YES! And that's a good place to
stop with $4000. The Hamburger Helper was $2.49, while the
Celestial Seasonings tea was NOT in the $3.49 bag.
Hala hollers for a $1754 set of snowboard equipment. She'll holler
even more if she wins an all-in-one PC, a sauna, and a scooter by
correctly identifying the Most Expensive. She goes with the sauna.
The PC... $1210. The scooter... $2059. The sauna... $3490!
Vanis gets a $1365 karaoke and a chance at a Kia Rio in Lucky
Seven. So far, $4 of Vanis' money have vanished with the board on
$15,17_. We try the lucky 7... but it was 2. Vanis gets another
try in the Showcase.
Meanwhile, Annie Brothers wins an $825 cutlery block. Will she add
on a kitchen island? Only if she doesn't freeze during Freeze
Frame. She stops it at $9359. The price... $9359!
John Moselein wins a $1492 set of ladies' sunglasses and a shot at
an Xbox One package, a 3DTV, and maybe a VW Passat in the Rat
Race. A $199 vacuum gives her Blues.... who comes in DEAD LAST.
Helen's beauty is ready to launch one ship: the ferry to the Land
of Parting Gifts. Hopefully she'll hop to it with a trampoline.
The price: $1659. The winner... Stacy Lindner. She's hoping to
parlay that into a trip to Spain (6n @ enaissance Barcelona Fira)
in Pushover.
8 6 5 4 2 1 9 7 0
She pushes to $6542. That... is a win!
Annie meets Vanis in the David-meet-Goliath Showcase. First up,
sail away with jewelry, a 7-day Caribbean cruise, and a sailboat.
Top winner Annie passes, and Vanis bids $22,000. Annie gets to run
with the wild horses on trip to Idaho (6n @ River Dance Lodge) and
in a Ford Mustang. She bids $25,000. Actual price: $28,722, a
difference of $3722. Actual price of Vanis' Showcase... $22,608 to
win $23,973. |
