I Can't Believe It's
Not Udder Season
Premiere
June 22 |
A new season has started at
Alton Brown’s International House of Sabotageᵀᴹ so let’s
celebrate by welcoming Shane, Nate, Candace and Morgan,
who each get their $25,000.
On the opening dish, we’re making a breakfast sandwich.
Morgan pays $3,100 to make Candace use a heat gun as her
only source of heat, then Shane makes Nate use a used
breakfast buffet instead of his basket. And mid-round,
Candace makes Morgan wear a egg on her head for $700,
plus a $500 penalty for losing each egg, of which she
had none whatsoever. Jet Tila’s here to judge the meals,
and feels that Nate is unworthy of continuing, returning
all $25,000.
Before the second dish, let’s check the scoreboard,
shall we? Candace has $24,300 in her bank, Morgan has
$21,900 and Shane holds onto $16,200. How about we make
some Pasta Bolognese? Candace dominates Morgan in the
auction, paying $2,600 to swap out Morgan’s tomatoes for
a salsa kit, then make Morgan use an espresso pot as her
sole cooking utensil for $5,500. Jet’s flying back in,
and says Morgan is out, returning $21,900.
Prior to the final round, Shane has $16,200 and Candace
has $15,800. And it’s tres leches cake for the last
dish. Shane forks over $11,200 to make Candace use three
items - a mixing bowl, a frying pan and the stovetop -
for her cooking, while Candace makes Shane harvest all
his milk products from a plastic cow for $5,000. So at
stake here is $5,000 for Shane, and $10,800 for Candace.
Jet tastes and picks Shane as the winner.
More torturous fun next week.
