Vega (Nicole,
Carolina, Jeannette, Manuel, Jacqueline) |
|
Escudero (Rocio, Elba, Gretchen, Ana Maria,
Claudia) |
The Escuderos lead after
the double round, 291-85.
Triple Round: a musical
instrument that sounds romantic (3). Jacqueline gets #1,
the violin. Nicole gets #3, the piano. Manuel gets the
guitar for the sweep and the win, 373-291.
C-Note: for the last few
weeks, when a family won, their name would flash on the
TV screen as if it were projected by a slide projector.
Now they're back to the names on the screen with the
graphic. Just one of those things to think about.
Dinero Rápido: Jacqueline
and Nicole step up to the board. They get 185 for $500.

Vega (Nicole,
Carolina, Jeannette, Manuel, Jacqueline); $500 |
|
Jaramillo (John,
Olga, Maria, Luz, Maria Victoria); $6000, two games |
The challenger lead after
three, 165-53. Double: a job where you have to give bad
news (3). Manuel gets #3, a cop. A pear is #2 for Luz.
The Jaramillos finish the job with a nurse for 221-165
lead.
Triple: a ride in an
amusement park that if you ride it, you get dizzy (4). I
don't know what a "Russian mountain" is, but it's #2.
But Maria Victoria gets #1, the Wheel of Fortune. Nicole
spends the great majority of her time explaining the
Gravitron to our intrepid host.
All in vain, it's not
there. The Jaramillos win, 392-165. Other answers: the
swings... SAID!, whirling dervishes.
The fruits basket of
doom... retired again for the lucky table... And in the
lucky table today... "buena suerte". The kicker: she was
closer to the doubler... Luz gets 66. John gets 56 for
122, giving the fam $6500 for game three.
