Today, a lot of confetti.
But first... From
Alexandria, VA, grandmother-of-six Gail McNally. Her
secret: "I was Jack Nicholson's high school girlfriend."
Jermaine gets a Caucasian actor. Suzanne gets that he's
more of a dramatist. Frank gets Jack Nicholson. Billy
gets the secret. And we get a picture.
Next... the king of
confetti himself, game show vet Rip Taylor! Secret hint:
an interesting job. Suzanne gets that he was young when
he did this. Frank gets that he had to deliver something
to people's doors. Billy gets that it was beyond
teenage. Jermaine's stumped.
His secret (highlight for
answer): I was a page for the US
Senate.
And here comes the
confetti!
Finally, blindfolds on
for Cody from San Bernadino, CA. His secret: "I am a
bartending chimp." Frank gets nothing. Billy gets that
he's a TV start, but not currently. Jermaine gets that
he's under 15. Suzanne gets that he's NOT human. But
that's it. This monkey gets dinner and $1000.
He closes the show with
one round for everyone.

Dan Sander
(trust officer from Calgary); $65,202, three days |
|
Roberta Ellington
(marketing coordinator from Tustin, CA) |
|
Quinn Saunders
(filmmaker orig. from Lumberton, NJ) |
Today, we give it up for
a three-day champ and the city of Boston.
Dan starts with $200
"Top" Drawer. Before the TV time out, Roberta had $1200
and Quinn, the lead with $2200 to Dan's $1400...
But Roberta can break out
with the Daily Double under $800 City of the Day:
Boston. She bets $1000 on this: in 1872 this inventor
opened a school for Teachers of the Deaf in Boston. "Who
is Bell?" Right to go into the time out tied with Quinn
at $2200.
At the end of the round,
Roberta would have the lead all by herself with $5800 to
$4000 for Quinn. Dan, with $2600 in third, finds himself
starting Double Jeopardy!...
... with $400 Bill Murray
Movie Quotes, with Quinn finding the first Daily Double
under $800. He bets $1400 on this: "I've been stabbed,
shocked, poisoned, frozen, hung, electrocuted &
burned... I am an immortal." "What is 'Groundhog Day'?"
Right on to tie for $5800. He's up to $10,200 when he
finds the second Daily Double under $1200 Literary Which
Came First. He fronts level on this: "Bleak House", "A
Christmas Carol", "The Mystery Of Edwin Drood". No idea.
"A Christmas Carol" was first, as he drops to a still
leading $9000. He comes back to end up with $14,200 to
Roberta's $11,000. Dan is still in it with $8600.
Final Jeopardy!
in "Canadian Postal Abbrieviations": it's the
only Canadian province or territory whose 2-letter
postal abbreviation is a preposition. Correct question:
What is Ontario?
Dan's right, of course.
Roberta's right, sending Dan on his way, but Quinn is
wrong with Alberta. Roberta returns tomorrow with
$17,500, while Dan leaves with $67,202. |

to the Reds' 100.
Sasha & Tynesha get an M
for MOUTH and the Lingo for the tying run, with 250 all.
Joy & Ray get a P, and
Joy is very PERKY for 50. Sasha & Tynesha take it away
with SMELL, but... stopper. Joy & Ray get EVICT,
but Ray has red hands again. But it's the Whose Line
stopper... Doesn't matter. Joy & Ray win it, 350-300.
With two Bonus Lingo
