Today, we're invaded by a
Brady that ISN'T Chris Knight. But first...
From the OC, nurses Gloria
Chamberlain & Simone Howe. Their secret: "We are
mother/daughter Playboy Playmates." Billy gets the
mother/daughter connection. Provocative clothing was
involved. Jermaine gets photographs and a magazine.
Suzanne gets the secret. And we get the TV-14-rated
pictures. Gloria was December 1960, while Simone was
February 1989.
Next... a Brady...
straight from Sirius Radio, It's Barry Williams! Secret
hint: Before he was a Brady, Barry found success in
another arena. Jermaine gets that this was done in
public for entertainment and that dirty clothing was
involved. Suzanne gets that Barry was 11 or 12. Frank
gets that horses and an arena are involved. Billy... is
completely empty.
His secret (highlight for
answer): I was a junior rodeo
champ.
Finally, from Santa
Clarita, CA, Leticia Whitman, who's 25 years old today.
Her secret: "I can sing with my mouth closed." Suzanne
gets that an instrument is not involved. Frank spends
most of her time with his tongue. Billy says Leticia
uses her whole mouth. One question Jermaine can ask...
and he asks it. She sings. CONFERENCE! She sings weird..
but that's as close as they get.
Leticia closes the show
with "I Will Survive."

Jeopardy! by
Chico Alexander, GSNN
Air time: Check listings or

Host: Alex Trebek |
|
|
Dan Sander
(trust officer from Calgary); $43,201, two days |
|
Stefanie Morales
(teacher from Fair Lawn, NJ) |
|
Marcia Jensen (stagehand
and receptionist orig. from Mt. Vernon, IL) |
Today's City of the Day
is a city I know well... Raleigh.
Dan starts with $200 Pop
Culture. Marcia finds the Daily Double under $600 Duos.
She bets everything on this: this pair of Englishmen
drew the line between 1763 & 1767. "Who are Mason and
Dixon?" Right for the doubler, $2400!
From that, Marcia just
comes alive in this with $6200 to Dan's $3600. Stefanie,
with $2200, will start first in Double Jeopardy!...
... with $400 TV
Nostalgia, with Dan finding the first Daily Double under
$1200. He bets $1400 on this: a scraggly tree makes lots
of folks nostalgic for this animated special that
debuted on December 9, 1965. "What is 'A Charlie Brown
Christmas'?" Right on for $6200. He ends up running the
category. With newfound energy and a new-found lead, Dan
lands on the second Daily Double under $2000 "Me" in the
Middle. He bets just $1200 on the Sumerian flood epic.
No clue from Dan, but Stefanie correctly gets
"Gilgamesh". Dan drops to $10,600, still leading. He
carries that lead into the final with $15,000 to
Marcia's $11,000. Stefanie has $6600.
And Marcia gets stuck in
the giggle loop after 1) failing to answer a question
properly, and 2) taking a second guess, both in the
Biblical Person, Place, or Thing category.
Final Jeopardy!
in "Oscar Winners": Dianne Wiest (1986 & 1994)
is the only 2-time acting Oscar winner to win both
working for the same director -- him. Correct question:
Who is Woody Allen.
Dan's the man again,
picking up another $22,001, $61,002 for three days. The
movies, by the way, were "Bullets over Broadway" and
"Hannah & Her Sisters".
