I've Got a Secret by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time: 11:30p ET/10:30p CT on GSN
Host: Bil Dwyer
Today, Jermaine gets hit on... again. First, though...

An educational consultant from Nashville, Kelly Butler. She's a hyper one, she is. Her secret: "I make lamps... out of lingerie." Billy gets the lead-off for a change. Billy gets that MAYBE something is worn. Jermaine gets that it's used around the house. Suzanne gets that MAYBE it's hung on a wall. Frank gets a lighting fixture in the boudoir. But that's it. Kelly wins dinner for two and $1000, while we see the Tramp Lamps in all their glowing... splendor.

Next up... Blindfold time for Michael. To us... Mike Eruzione of the 1980 US Olympic Hockey Miracle on Ice team. Jermaine gets "a little more (notoriety) as usual" as a sports figure. Suzanne... repeats what Jermaine said. Frank gets Winter Olympics. Billy's gonna get it... He's got it.

His secret: "I was the captain of ..." well, read the paragraph again. And again, one of the greatest moments in American sports, the US against the Russians in the silver medal match. Mike shows off his Olympic Gold from Lake Placid... and it's still in pristine condition.

Finally, from Huntington Beach, CA, Jim Blauvelt. His secret: "My bulldog rides a skateboard." Suzanne gets ... a dog. Frank gets a bulldog (and a slip of the tongue). Outside with a prop as well. Billy gets wheels. Jermaine takes us home.

Tyson takes us out with a bit of a shred.

Jeopardy! by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or jeopardy.com
Host: Alex Trebek
Tricia Barreiro (interactive project manager from Santa Monica, CA); $24,398, two days
Robb Muhm (pediatrician from Scottsdale, AZ)
Julie Backer (librarian from Vancouver, BC)

Two-Buck Chuck managed to last two days thanks to the Final, but can she make it a third?

Tricia starts up with $200 "H-M". Good category for her, but Robb finds the Daily Double under $800 On Colonial Maps. Trailing by only $400, Robb wagers everything on this... Lubumbashi in the Congo was founded as Elisabethville, after a queen of this country. "What is Belgium?" ... Correct for the doubler, $4800. He goes from that into $5600 at the half to Julie's $4000. Tricia has $1400 and, again, starts Double Jeopardy!...

...with $400 "AE", with Julie finding the first Daily Double under $2000. She bets the level on this: a large, violent whirlpool like the famous one off the northwest coast of Norway. "What is an eddy?" Remember the clue, Julie. It's a maelstrom, which gives her $4000. She has another chance with $2000 World Authors, the second Daily Double. She fronts level again on this: in Italy in October 2005 this author helped re-create the experiment with Foucault's pendulum. "Who is Eco?" Umberto Eco, right for $12,400. And look at this... we're tied for the lead going into the final, Robb and Julie at $14,400 each. Tricia is hoping for a miracle with $7000.

Final Jeopardy! in "Military History": lasting about a month, it's the battle for which the most Marines earned the Medal of Honor. Correct question: What is Iwo Jima?

Robb is the only one in with the right question, as he becomes the new champ with $24,400. Tricia leaves with $25,398.

Lingo by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  7:30p ET/6:30p CT on GSN
Hosts: Chuck Woolery & Shandi Finnessey
Former Lingo Champs Mark & Geoff (won $5000)
Online champs Justin & Stephanie
BONUS LINGO JACKPOT: $24,000

Online Smackdown Week continues. So far, every online team that came went home with $5000, but will someone win the big money?

Mark & Geoff start with a W, spelling out WORDS, making their DEBUT, and drawing a red ball. They get it back with PILAF, but lose it again on the red. Justin & Stephanie get KUDOS on the button. They continue with TOUGH, CURVY, and a red hand on Stephanie's side. Mark & Geoff prove their earlier win was no FLUKE with WHIRL and the sung Lingo afterwards to lead at the half, 175-75.

Justin & Stephanie SOLVE an S puzzle and Lingo to take the lead, 225-175.

Mark & Geoff lose an H as Justin & Stephanie catch a HYENA. Mark & Geoff return the favor with RULES, followed by ADEPT to tie... and FROZE to lead... and ?-Lingo to win... Final score: 425-275.

With three Bonus Lingo letters, Mark & Geoff get ALIAS, TIMED, FARCE, AGONY, and SWEPT for the five balls and five bills. Money ball is 45. Geoff is in... and he has... 63! Not it. Mark has 45, though.

Tomorrow, it's up to $25,000.

The Price is Right by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  11a ET/10a CT on CBS (markets may vary)
Host: Bob Barker
Just another quick mention: six days... the 'thon... is on.

For now, though, we have Shara Benson, Maurice Nichols, Marcia Wilkins, Linda Thompson, and a greenhouse. The $1388 greenhouse goes to Marcia, who gets a chance to win a snowmobile. The game is Pushover, and the lineup is... 7 9 1 8 8 5 0 2 5. Marcia pushes to $8502. Actual price... $9188. Sorry, Marcia.

Linda takes a $2200 home gym, as she gets a shot at whatever they're rolling out... a Ford Mustang! It's Lucky Seven for Linda, as she gets $7 and the first number, a 2. First up: 5... 1. That'll cost $4. The next pick: 7... 6. One more dollar, please. The next: 4.... 7, and Linda's broke.

Garnet Dickey is only $55 off of a $1355 floor clock. The next challenge for Garnet, a drum set at $867, a telescope at $1574, and a dinette at $3017. The game is Buy or Sell. She buys the drums, and sells everything else. Actual price of the drums.. $1267. A good buy gives the bank $400. Actual price of the telescope... $2074. She's in the hole by $100. Price of the dinette: $2717! She wins all three prizes and $200!

.. but that's not all! She spins out $1000 on the Big Wheel!

Fern Handelman, a birthday girl, gets a present of four surfboards worth $1330. But it's time to Check-Out for a hot tub. The products: Hot Pockets, David jalapeno sunflower seeds, Purina Cat Chow, Gold Bond, and Oscal. She prices all of that at $15.99. Actual prices see that the Hot Pockets, the sunflower seeds, and the Oscal are pretty much dead on, but lost it at the rest. Total: $19.11.

Shara wins a $1399 HDTV with a one-dollar bid, but can she win a trip to Denmark? The price is $7_00. Will she pick a 3, 6, or 9? She picks a 6... but it's a 3.

Last chance for Maurice with a set of flatware. Price: $900. Winner... John Schuck! Time to play a Dice Game for a Ford Ranger! The first number... 1. First roll... 1. Higher. Second: 3... higher. Third: 6... Lower. Fourth: 3... Higher. Actual price... $15,635! That's what we call a win!

But it's Shara to the Showcase. First up: a retelling of the tale of Rapunzel. She gets a cell phone, a hot air balloon adventure in Napa Valley, and... okay, how do you fit a ski boat inside that tower? Oh, she jumps. That explains it. Garnet keeps this one and bids $27,135. Shara gets a bedroom with sleep set, backpacks, and two offroad motorcycles. She bids $18,888. Actual price.. $21,027, a $2139 difference. Actual price of Garnet's Showcase... $27,... 331! Can you believe it? ANOTHER Double Showcase Winner! She takes away $57,011 in cash and prizes!

Stats: 2-4, $80,004 with a DSW.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire by Don Harpwood, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or millionairetv.com
Host: Meredith Vieira
We're getting close to the end of the season, and we still haven't seen anyone win more than $100,000 this season. I still have my fingers crossed, though.

Starting things off today is Jenna Solomon (Oreland, PA). She comes from a family of game show fanatics, and they never want to be interrupted when Millionaire is on. They're kinda like backseat contestants when they watch the show. Well, Jenna is out of the backseat now, and she starts her run in the hot seat by knowing that cereal mascot Tony the Tiger says that Frosted Flakes are "gr-r-reat!" She sweeps the lower tier, then has this to deal with...

[$2,000]
Introduced by Senator John McCain, the Clean Sports Act of 2005 aims to tackle what pro sports problem?
A: Illegal betting
B: Steroid use
C: Players' strikes
D: Improper recruiting

Jenna decides to ask the audience, and an overwhelming majority of both polls are saying B (94% of the studio audience; 82% of the AIM users). Jenna goes with B... and it's B! Another question later, and this pops up...

[$8,000]
In the 2005 movie "War of the Worlds," unfriendly aliens wage war on mankind using giant machines called what?
A: Automatons
B: Psychlos
C: Tripods
D: Rovers

The 50:50 leaves C and D. Still unsure, Jenna calls her grandmother, Diane, but she doesn't know, though she'd guess C. Though Jenna was originally leaning towards D, she goes with C... and she's right! After a good guess on the $16,000 question, she faces this...

[$25,000]
The author of which of these classic novels never had another novel published during his or her lifetime?
A: Uncle Tom's Cabin
B: Catch-22
C: Gone With the Wind
D: On the Road

Jenna thinks it's C, and goes for it... and she has $25,000! Moving on...

[$50,000]
Solo, Sunrise, and Maradol are three popular varieties of what fruit available in the U.S.?
A: Grapefruit
B: Pineapple
C: Mango
D: Papaya

Jenna's gut instinct is saying A, but she decides to switch the question. Good thing, too; it was D. So, she now has this to ponder...

[$50,000] (Q)
Ferdinand Magellan's famous trip around the world ended prematurely when he was killed by natives of what present-day country?
A: New Zealand
B: Sri Lanka
C: Philippines
D: Australia

It's a free guess, so Jenna says A... but it's C! Well, hey, at least she still has $25,000!

Next up is Avner Mizrahi (New York, NY). He wants the million, so they get right to it. Avner starts by knowing that a newborn baby is often affectionately referred to as a "little bundle of joy" (though later, some may consider changing it to "little bundle of diaper rash"). He has no problems with the lower tier, but soon enough, he gets to this...

[$4,000]
Although it has been extinct in the area for many decades, what U.S. state's flag features the grizzly bear?
A: Montana
B: Utah
C: Texas
D: California

Avner asks the audience, and both polls favour D (64%; 43%). Avner trusts them... and they're right! He then gets to $8,000.

And there's the horn. Avner will have to wait until tomorrow to keep going.
