Today is

Endurance Tehachapi by Pierre Kelly, GSNN

Air time: 12:30p ET/11:30a CT on NBC
Host: JD Roth
It's now down to Red & Purple, with Green out of the game, so let's begin. J.D. calls out 2 teams, and tells that Purple had a great showing from Daniela, and came back to win at temple. Erika reads a letter from Green with J.D. reading the portion of it. Erika was also told that they turned strangers into best friends on the show. The Green Team left 7 pieces which are up for grabs today. Before they do that, they look at 5 poles that were gone by the team and decorate them. To remind you how we keep score, Red has 4 and Purple has 2.

Jonathan put a green feather on one of the poles, and painted Issac in Green. Franke felt a little sloppy on the paintbrush, but Jonathan thinks he wants to write "Georgia." Issac had so many memories with Shea, that he'll miss him so much. Erika said the Red team wanted to get here as a safety, but Issac painted tenacious defense because of Chris on the Yellow team. Erika says Callie looks very built, but Joanthan wrote "WO" on it, because he'll miss Issac a lot. Erika then stacked up about the Green team. Franke said the people took the Red team as an actual threat but right now, someone can win this next challenge.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE: SPECIAL DELIVERY!
There are 6 pieces left by Green, and a new one called friendship. The players are on a platform, and must run to spin in a circle. They will then pick up sandbags, and drop them on a box that has a piece. The game ends when the last piece is taken. Let's start! Purple fires & misses, and Red misses too. Puple gets 1, and then Red gets 1. Red gets another one making it 2-1. Ater 2 misses, 1 was already given out. Purple knocked the FRIENDSHIP piece and another goes to Purple making it 3. 1 piece left and...it rimmed out. Red snatched the final one making it 7, but Purple only has 6. Franke said it was exhilerating, but painful.

Franke chased Jonathan to the swing to explained what happened. Jonathan said they weren't completly on the ground and spun a little bit. Franke said the throwing was hard, and it took several tries, but Erika got 1 and he got 2. Jonathan said it started missing 3 in a row, but hit 3 times. Franke said it's going to be close going into the final mission. With Purple 1 piece short, they're fighting over the 13th piece, but all that can change next week, as Red tries to outmanuver them and win the grand prize. See you all back here on Endurance, everyone!
