Air time:  Check listings or familyfeud.com
Host: Richard Karn
Moore (Mike, Debra, Jennifer, Josh, Edith) from Houston
Kepner (Kady, Eitan, Sean, Tricia, Deanie); $805

The Moores come from Houston to pick a fight with...well, whoever wants one.

Round 1: the first thing you'd do if you were holding the winning lottery ticket (7). Mike fires with "Cash it", #2. Kady follows with celebrate.. And celebrates number one! The rest of the family calls mom and buys a car (or something). The Moores call up their accountant... Not there! The Kepmers get 58. Other answers: faint, hide/put away, call lawyer (said).

Round 2: something men and bears have in common (6). Eitan gets top money for top answer, they're hairy. They also like to sleep and kill. The Moores try to steal again with scratch. Not there! The Kepners are 116 strong! Other answers: snoring, like to growl, huggable.

Double Round: something China is famous for (5). Jennifer says food... number two. No, Josh, the Chinese are not known for karate. The Kepners go with the Great Wall... Up there for 168! Other answers: big population, tea, toys. Great Wall is number one.

Triple Round: something a man doesn't like being turned down for (4). Tricia tries a date.. #2. Deanie goes for a job... #3! Eitan doesn't like being turned down for a loan. Sean just goes for lowest common denominator... Sex. Number one? Yes! Kepners shut out the Moores, 450-0!

But the shutout does not convert into Fast Money success as Kady and Eitan are seven short, getting another $965 for a two-day total of $1770.

Jeopardy! by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or jeopardy.com
Host: Alex Trebek
Patricia DiMaggio (school registrar from Maynard, MA); $14,001
Mary LoSardo (retired executive, now website designer from Bayonne, NJ)
Dave Binnig (bartender from Portland, OR)

Patricia is proof that betting is everything in Jeopardy!... aside from the whole knowledge aspect, of course. Could she parlay that into a second win? She starts with $200 "F"ood Stuff... and it's already looking like a lop-sided match, with Dave at  $4200 to Mary's $600 and Patricia's $800 at the TV time out.

After the break, we learn that this isn't the first time Mary found herself in Jeopardy!, as 35 years ago, she was on the Art Fleming version. She won $60 and an encyclopedia back in '70.

Dave, still in the lead, finds the Daily Double under $600 the Medal of Freedom Class of '05. He bets $800 on this: she got the Medal a week after singing her soul out at Rosa Parks' funeral. "I have no idea, who is Diana Ross?" Aretha Franklin, leaving Dave at $4000. That's where he ends the round, with the champ Patricia at $2200, but it's Mary with $2000 who'll start up Double Jeopardy!...

... with $400 A Literary Tour, finding the Daily Double under $1600. She can take the lead as she goes $2800. The clue: you can follow in the footsteps of this novelist on Dublin walking tours led by his nephew, Ken Monaghan. "Who is James Joyce?" Right for $6000 and the lead! Mary finds the other one with $1200 Born to Run?. With the lead still, she tries $2400 on this: in 1976, he fell 176 delegate votes short of defeating President Ford for the Republican nomination. "Who is Ronald Reagan?" Right for $18,000! And just like riding a bike, it's all coming back to Mary, who leads at the end of this round, $22,400 to Dave's $10,400. Patricia has $4200.

Final Jeopardy! in "US States": a popular nickname of this state comes from a plant, Poa pratensis, that covers the state. Correct question: What is Kentucky?

No one gets it, but it doesn't matter to Mary, who wins more than a stinkin' encyclopedia. She takes away $20,800. Patricia leaves with $15,001.

The Price is Right by Travis Schario, GSNN

Air time:  11a ET/10a CT on CBS (markets may vary)
Host: Bob Barker
So, here's what went down this Wednesday in history at 7800.

Melanie Sayre, Ashley Borbenson, Rhea Schwantez, and Aaron Clickoff take their shots at a Hawaii's Finest shaved ice/snow cone cart.  With all four bids $1000 and lower, Rhea walks off with the $3367 cart and goes to a Swap Meet.  Her bargaining chip: a Vocopro Wanderer Karaoke system.  Swap it for a Broyhill Everyday Dining dinette set, a Parabody home gym, or an American Tourister 3-pc luggage set?  She swaps the $1288 karaoke system for the $640 luggage.  Shoulve have gone with the dinette (home gym = $2229).

Well, here we go again with no winner in the first act and product plugs starting in the second.  Aaron makes his way to the stage, capturing a Vermont Castings barbecue, complete with Renuzit Airlets, worth $1549.  He now gets to go Bonkers for a Little Guy deluxe teardrop trailer.  With the false price set at 2 3 5 7, Aaron made quick work putting up 6 combinations of Hi and Lo before time ran out.  The combination of H-H-H-L, however, never made its way onto the board.  ARP: $3995.

Let's try with contestant Nicole Coppola (relation?) after she made her way up with a Dimplex Symphony Ovation fireplace, worth $1199 (wait, nothing with it?).  Her game: Hole In One for a Dodge Charger worth $22,995.  Getting only one pennant truly right (index cards @ 69¢), she made her way to the third line, putting Tums Smoothies and Gold Bond Ultimate Healing right after the cards, and Clorox Clean-up right after that.  Bob's inspiration putt put the crowd into a super cheer.  The putt?  ISSINNAHOLE!!  With the crowd now cheering for Nicole, her first put was WAY too hard and bounced off the back bumper TWICE, nearly rolling in off the second bounce.  The second putt, while being a little softer, pulled a little bit left of the hole.  A winless first half puts Nicole into the Showcases with 95¢.

OK, something's gotta give now in the second half.  Wilfred Bake, from SURPRISE, Arizona takes to the stage after claiming a Whirlpool side-by-side fridge/freezer (complete with Thera-Gesic Plus) worth $999.  His game: Secret "X" for a complete home "theater" (Lovan home theater seats and a 52" LG HDTV) worth $4819.  Placing his first "X" in the top left, he handled a $40 digital compass and a $50 4-slice toaster with ease earning an "X" in the bottom right, and top right.  Secret "X": Top block and a WIN!

We've broke the ice.  Let's keep melting with Melanie winning SportsStuff water towables, worth $869.  She strides to the Turntable to go into a Squeeze Play for a Yamaha Clavinova digital piano.  With the setup as 4 9 6 9 5, she did what any smart Squeeze Player does, and takes out the odd number (the 6) to squeeze in $4995.  Is she right?  Of course.

On a roll now.  Let's keep rolling with David Vaughan winning Gourmet Standard copper cookware (and some Mylanta Classic), worth $599, after an overbid.  He will go for a Ford Ranger 4x2 XL in That's Too Much.  SPEEDING down the line, he stops at the 6th price, $20,159, in RECORD time!  He didn't even give the cameraman time to reset to the new price card.  Was his speed worth it?  Nope.  Went two too far.  Price of the Truck: $15,656.  Adding insult to injury, he only gets 45¢ on the wheel, not enough to beat Melanie's 95¢.

Melanie, a cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons, and Nicole, a resident of Hollywood, face off as Top Winner and Runner-Up.  The first Showcase stars Lanisha as Tina the Time Traveler.  Her temporal exploits send her to the late 19th century for a Worksman Cruiser tandem bike, off to the 1950's for a Wurlitzer jukebox, and to the early 21st century for a Ford Escape hybrid.  Melanie bids $19,000.

The second Showcase, consisting of a Broyhill King's Crossing bedroom (with Loving Care Twilight Crossing bedding), a Great Lakes Forte hot tub, and a trip to the Swiss Alps, earns a bid of $18,000 from Nicole.

Nicole's Showcase ARP: $19,226 for a difference of $1226.  Melanie better be darn close to win.  Her ARP: $38,779 for a difference of $19,779 ($779 more than her bid).  Nicole is today's winner with $20,425.

STATS: 2/6; $37,712
