Cash Cab by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time: 6p ET/5p CT on Discovery
Host: Ben Bailey
Get your cab on as Shawn & Marianne head over to Prince & Mulberry. "Oh my God! This is the cool taxi!" You have no idea. They ace the $25 tier and the $50 tier. First strike: What environmental organization was named after the ornithologist author of "Birds of America"? They say "Greenpeace." Correct: Audubon Society. Time for the mobile shout out on this: What region of the Yukon territory experienced the Gold Rush in 1897? They go with Klondike... nice! They get $600. They need the street shout out on the pasta that's called "bowtie". The street player... doesn't know. They go with "Acetella"... No. Farfalle. They end the ride with $900! But will they take the big risk on a video? Shawn and Marianne... go for it! The question: practiced by millions of Chinese people every morning, what popular martial arts discipline is seen here? "Tai chi". Right for $1800!

Next up, it's a trip to Broadway & Canal with a group from Bowling Green, Kentucky. Their leader, Jacob. "Bowling Green, Kentucky? I was BORN there!" Ben says. But they can't name the peace-keeping order of "Star Wars" (the Jedi Knights), the city Ray Nagin is the mayor of (New Orleans), and... time for a mobile shoutout. The question: with its capital in Grozny, what Muslim republic did Russian soldiers invade in 1994? They go with Bosnia... Wrong. Correct: Chechnya. So much for the hometown crowd. "That's life in the big city."

North Fork at Delancey is the final destination with Michael, Uliss, and Howard. Strike one comes when they can't remember that Amber Frye had an affair with Scott Peterson ("Joey Buttafuoco!"). They get $225 coming to a Red Light... Challenge: five of the six categories in which one can win a Nobel Prize. Literature... Medicine... Peace... Physics.. Chemistry! That's five! They missed economics, but who cares? They have $475! Second strike: Pleiades = "The Seven..." what? "The Seven Virgins?" Close, sisters. They end up with $1225, but will they take the video? Um... no, they split.

Air time:  Check listings or familyfeud.com
Host: Richard Karn
Hermosillo (Kathy, Leslie, Jeremy, Daniel, Tina)
Eshaya (Claude, Farzad, Alan, Bruno, Mike)

Last time, we gave the Hobbs their walking papers with $42,500. So it's time for two new families. Round 1: a topic people discuss and hardly tell the truth about (5). Claude says "SEX!" and THEN buzzes in for #1. The cousins also get money. The Hermosillos go with "age" for the steal... Up there for 58! Other answers: weight, mate/spouse.

Round 2: something you can't bear the thought of doing if you have the flu (5). Farzad fires with going to work for #1. That's all they come up with as the Hermosillos steal with "getting out of bed" for 79! Other answers: eating, taking meds/shots, cooking.

"I'm doubling the points!": a food you can cook as well as is cooked in most restaurants (5). Alan gets the pasta ready, while the rest of the cousins get steak, chicken, burgers, and... three strikes. The Hermosillos will snipe 140 more if "pancakes" is on the board... Not there! The Eshayas get it. Other answer: potatoes/fries (said!)

"I think I'll triple the points!": besides chicken, a type of bird that's good to eat (4). Daniel gets turkey for #1. Cornish hen, duck, and pheasant round it out, 373-140.

Daniel and Tina are up to the Fast Money board. Fast Money board wins, as the new champs get $690.

Jeopardy! by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  Check listings or jeopardy.com
Host: Alex Trebek
Tom Kavanaugh (writer from St. Louis); $85,201, four days
Jim Burkhard (automotive engineer from Chili, NY)
Andy Gefen (financial consultant from Bethesda, MD)

Will this be the day that Tom joins the six figure club? He's wearing his good tie. Let's rock this. He starts with $200 Where's the "Fire"? After Tom and Jim spend some time below the zero mark, Tom comes back to take the lead by a slight margin going into the TV time out. He has $2400 to Andy's $2000 and Jim's $1800. Tight game.

Last category in the round is Prawnography... that's Prawnography. Daily Double is under $1000, the last clue in the round. It goes to Andy with $2200 to blow against Jim's $1600 and Tom's $5800. He goes $1500 on the subphylum of all prawns. "What is mollusk?" Nope. Crustacean, which means that at $700 Andy will start out Double Jeopardy!...

... with $400 Abbots & Costellos. From there, we go to Homophones, where Tom finds the Daily Double under $1200. Tom is on fire now. And hell, why not border on impassable with a $3400 bet? The clue: a Scottish highlander, or a wind that might blow him down. "What is a...  I can't think." It was Gael/gale, meaning that Tom is down to $13,200. Still a big lead, though. Back to Abbots & Costellos for $1600 for the other Daily Double. He bets $3000. The clue: this founder of the Abbey of Clairvaux is not to be confused with the saint who founded alpine hospices. "Who is Bernard?" Right for $17,000! He'll end with that much, and he might as well end the entire game with that, because Jim has only $3200 and Andy, only $3500. But anything can still happen.

Final Jeopardy! in "Newer Words & Phrases": the Academie Francaise has officially translated it as "toile d'araignee mondiale". Correct question: What is "World Wide Web"?

No one is right, but the closest was Andy with "What is world?" Meanwhile, Tom wins the award for Best Question Ever: "What is I have no freaking clue". It only costs him $8000, giving him the win with $9000, a five-day total of $94,201. Alas, the six-fig club (and the picture to boot) will have to wait another day.

The Price is Right by Chico Alexander, GSNN

Air time:  11a ET/10a CT on CBS (markets may vary)
Host: Bob Barker
Dolores Elliot, Julia Simpson, Lenard Taylor, and Patricia McCarthy get the party started by bidding on a set of camping equipment. That set goes to Lenard, as he tries to stow it away in a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox! He'll win it if he can spell C-A-R in Spelling Bee. He wins cards with a nacho cheese maker, a crystal ball sound machine, and a hot drink pitcher. And they got the podia fixed. Yay! He's off by five on the nacho cheese maker, but get the sound machine right on the nose! First free card was 7... C! Second free card was 30... Another C. Cheese card... R! Sound machine... A! That's a W-I-N!

(C-Note: According to Bob, this was the first time in Spelling Bee's history that someone has chosen #1. It was another R.)

Patricia gets her chance at some swag with a storage building. And lucky her is going on a Shopping Spree with two electric guitars, a day bed with mattress, a model of the USS Constitution, and family luggage. The target price: $3700. She goes for the day bed, the electric guitars, and the ship. The total... $93 short.

Dolores, who is celebrating her 50th anniversary at 33, plays the Clock Game thanks to a karaoke. Now let's see if she can win a dining group and fridge to go with that. She gets the dining group with little under 10 seconds to go. The price was $833. Now to the fridge. At the buzzer she blurts out $889 for the win! The luck doesn't stop there as she wins $1000 more on the Big Wheel. That's $2000 in cash right there.

Our newest entry Lorena Quezada surfs up with a pair of surfboards (and wet suits). But can she go Hi-Lo for an HDTV? The products: Udderly Smooth foot cream, Fiji bottled water, Johnson's baby shampoo, Absorbine Jr. back patch, Nature Valley granola bars, and Finazzle. She puts the patch, the Finazzle, and the shampoo (against the audience's wishes) on the Hi row. Lowest price on that row: $4.09. The foot cream is 97c. The bottled water is $1.59. The granola bars are... $3.29! The audience is wrong, and Lorena's a winner!

Our NEWEST newest entry Maurice Underwood wins a coffee machine en route to a try for a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt playing Line'em Up. The prices he has to work with are $486 for power tools, $39 for a breakfast maker, and a wall clock worth $475. First number in the price of the car is 1. Last number is 5. He tries $18,355. Totally totally in all aspects... wrong. He changes it to $16,945. Still wrong, but at least one right. It was $14,975.

Finally, Diane Puck takes a table tennis package, as she goes for a trip to Hong Kong that's either $7390 or $5845. She thinks it's $7390. It is! And she gets into the Showcase as well, by virtue of Lorena and Maurice going over the board.

First up, give me an N (for a necklace)! Give me a V (for a VR Golf video arcade game)! Give me an A (for an Apple computer)! Put it together... and mix it up... what do you get? VAN! A Ford Freestar to be exact. Top winner Diane bids $32,001. Dolores gets flowers for a year, a living room with carpeting, and a spa. Her bid: $18,750. Actual price: $16,289. Over she goes. Diane's actual price... $33,841! She's a big winner with $41,751!

Stats: 4/6, $75,826.
