Honesty. Loyalty. Respect. Kindness. Integrity.
Compassion. Empathy. Nine weeks ago, 12 beauties began a competition to become
the Face of Vegas, not realizing that they're also being tested on these core
values. Now only three remain in the hunt for $100,000, a spot in People
Magazine, and - perhaps even more - the title of Face of Vegas. But first,
they're going to learn what we know... that the winner of this competition will
be a True Beauty, both inside and out.
Taylor and Erika prep for Amy's upcoming
arrival.... and it turns out that Craig's the one to come back. Woops.
And Erika... is over it. She thinks Amy's a better person than Craig
(C-Note: you and I know that it's more or less a tossup).
And Taylor loses a pair of $200 jeans.
Which he has to go to the contestant wrangler like "Where are my jeans?
Where the ... Oh, theretheyare."
Now for the final challenge.... hosting a
VIP party. Can they have a good old time with Steve-O and his spiritual
adviser Guy Friendly... and contain it enough to shoot a commercial the
next day?
Challenge #9: The Final Party
Steve-O's job is to wear out the contestants as
much as possible by ... basically being a jackass (Volume 2) all over the
24-hour town.
The party continues to 5:58 in the morning, when
the contestants head to the Venetian, where their next challenge awaits.
Shooting a commercial. Right now. You have an hour to learn the lines.
And Erika doesn't last that hour before saying
that she's "over it." At the end of the day, though, she brings herself back and
puts herself back in the moment. Of the three of them, she's the only one to
complain.
Now to the commercials. Think of it as a giant
human obstacle course, with various Vegas acts in their way. They'll have to
improv their way through the script with each act. And on zero sleep. That could
be fun.
So whose commercial was the winner? How about...
ALL THREE?! ARE YOU KIDDING? They're going to the finale. But before they go,
they have one more trip to make... to the master war room. It is there where
they see life through the eyes of the judges. And the lightbulbs came on when
they were revealed to be on "True Beauty". Are they really True Beauties or just
frontin'? "See for yourself."
So after that humbling experience, how will they
face the judges?
THE FINAL PLEAS
Erika has never been to a Final Face-Off, but is
she truly genuine. Taylor has been the most genuine, though he has a temper.
Craig, though, is a good guy. He's never talked smack or sabotaged. And he's
comforted Liz in times of crisis. But that vest is forever on his head.
Erika thinks that she's a genuine person, a
compassionate person. She's made some mistakes, but she's trying to learn from
them. She stands at the Final Face-Off a better person. She wants to achieve
greatness.
Craig decides to do the right thing... and give
the vest he stole in episode 1 back.
Taylor has shown some remorse for his bad
behavior and his temper, but will that be enough to win the game?
Third place... Craig.
So now it comes down to one more thing..
The winner....
... of this season's "True Beauty"...
....
IS....
...
TAYLOR! And here comes the fake money!
Hopefully we've learned a few things along the
way, mainly that... beauty is both in and out, but true beauty... comes from
within. Congratulations to Taylor, this season's "True Beauty".
