Round of 20... Again! (or "I thought they were still out on the frontier camping, then again....")
July 18

What's with all 20 dancers still here? It's because they have decided to get the free pass and dance again. However, there will be 2 dancers gone and you'll see why righ now.

Adam Shankman is in teh guest judging chair and we begin with Lindsay and Cole doing hip-hop to "Teeth" by Lady Gaga. Lindsay, of course played the part of the dentist and COle played the scariest part of all.....patient. Soon aferwards, Lindsay took off her white robe and after a family-friendly lap dance, Cole did a flip.

What Adam said: The ADA should adapt this dance.
What I said: They took he dentist's office to another level.

Next is Amelia & Will doing contemporary to "3326" by Olafur. Amelia seemed to have lost her balance, but she regains with a quick split and the rest of this Sonya Tayeh went from here on out.

What Nigel said: Sonya too – her choreography has gone from strength to strength.
What I said: What a routine Sonya put together.

Here's Amber & Nick doing a tango. Amber really knew how to take control of this routine.

What Mary said: You guys are looking great tonight.
What I said: They killed it!

Here's another Sonya Tayeh routine, this time it goes to Audrey & Matthew. The style is contemporary and the song is "Hear me Now" by Steed Lord. Audrey did a split landing and later on, Mathhew did a cartwheel move.

What Nigel said: Two for choreography, Sonya.
What I said: I'm guessing SOnya may be on fire if the judges like 3 routines by her in one night.

Moving on is Janelle & Dareian doing lyrical hip-hop to the classic "My Girl" by The Temptations. Both did a little arm work and Dareian took off his suit jacket and put it on Janelle. It's only reversible. Janelle did a "blown kiss" gesture and took the proposal at the end. How nice.

What Nigel said: It felt a little bit uninspiring (to Christopher Scott).
What I said: I'm guessing doing a motown song to a hip-hop routine is hard,

Now it's Janaya & Brandon going Broadway to "Bring On The Men" from "Jekyll & Hyde." Both were sitting on a park bench reading books when they put it down and started dancing. even though it was all in fun, it ended with Brandon reading on the bench with Janaya on top of a one-foot pinfall.

What Adam said: – You did a great job (to Sean).
What I said: They make it look like a comedy duo and a dance duo at the same time.

Eliana & Cyrus will now dance a jive to "I'm Shakin'" by Jack White. Eliana did a trio of splits in about 5 seconds and both did arm work. Cyrus did a split of his own and Eliana did a flip over.

What Mary said: The transitions were rough.
What I said: I think they were way too fast for this routine.

Time for Alexa and Daniel to dance contemporary to "So Long My Friend" by Yanni. Most of teh dancing took plce in a bathtub. Not the one hooked up to a wall that has a shower hooked up, the prop one and they did it in a splash.

What Nigel said: The connection between yourselves and us was lost.
What I said: Maybe the kitchen would've worked for a better routine.

Two more routines to cover as Tiffany & George dance a foxtrot to "I want to be loved by you" by Sinead O' Connor. (seriously?) When they did, they seemed to find a greater connection and took more than the routine to power.

What Mary said: These two did that (gliding across the floor).
What I said: They did it like mops on a kitchen floor.

And finally, Witney and Chehon doing Bollywood. Witney spun aroound in a dress to make sure it was like a spinning top, bu it brought the Indian dance to life.

What Nigel said: I was really delighted.
What I said: I agree with Nigel.

Now we get to the results. As stated this season, there will be no results show in an attempt to raise ratings. Let's get to them. For the ladies, it was Alexa, Witney and Janaya. And the judges save....Witney! Alexa and Janaya are out! For teh guys, it's Nick, Daniel and Chehon. ANd they save......Chehon! Nick and Daniel hit the door. It's down to 16. Can it get any better? You'll find out in about 7 days from now when the top 16 do more routines in an attempt to pick teh king & queen of dancing. See you guys later.
