First, DeLisa Stiles (32; The Colony, TX), a military vet trying to cope with a failing marriage. She and her husband have been on and off for a while now. Jason (the guy's name) cites inactivity because she was uncomfortable with her body. She doesn't want to feel lonely anymore.

The keys to transformation: thinking about what is good for her, making a handsome woman into a pretty woman, and leaning her out.

Her competitor: Lorraine Norris (38; Clinton Township, MI) fights to get over the hurdle of an abusive childhood, but that's the least of her worries, as she hadn't seen a dentist in years and, as a result, LOST her teeth at 25. If that wasn't bad enough, she feels like a guy and refuses to believe anything her husband tells her.

The keys to transformation: obviously a full-mouth implant and work with Dr. H to correct the face based on that. Also, Dr. Lynn wants to try and let out the inner strength that has been suppressed for so long.

Welcome to the Swan Program, as Lorraine gets words from her daughter and DeLisa gets love from mom.

DeLisa's surgical consult with Dr. D: "She has a very nice shape, but she has a lot of body fat." His goal: feminization. DeLisa can't wait. The night before, she's told that she can have one phone call... but she doesn't want to call the hubbie. Next day, DeLisa is marked and ready. Stomach... done. Liposuction... done. Face... done. "It's so worth it, and I haven't even seen myself with."

Lorraine's dental consult with Dr. W: It's a basic screw and seal job for the implants. No doubt, this is the most extensive work ever done. Dr. W will have to see her another dozen times, leaving her with a liquid diet.

DeLisa loves sweets... Not going to cut it on the diet, as she has to lose 22 pounds. Shouldn't be a problem for Lorraine, as she can't have any dentures on PERIOD. Her surgical consult with Dr. H shows the wear of both dentures and children.  Lorraine's pain is keeping her up. Next day, Dr. W drops by with a pair of dummy teeth for Dr. H to work on. She gets done without a hitch, but the recovery is going to get tough.

The day afterwards, Lorraine is concerned with pain. "She may not heal in time for the pageant." She gets pain meds for the interim. DeLisa, on the other hand, isn't into being told what to do. It's why she became an officer.

And now, what to eat on a liquid diet. Basically what you eat now... only less of it and pureed to kill mode.

And speaking of kill mode, Swan security arrives with a stunner... divorce papers for DeLisa. "That's eight years in 11 pages." Nely has been there. "You're never ready. When someone like that lets her guard down, you feel it."

Lorraine calls home for support from her husband... and everyone's hanging out, as she's experiencing separation anxiety through what she views as the husband rejecting her. Dr. Lynn tries to air out grievances by doing a roleplay.

Dr. Lynn also works with DeLisa to find emotional closure. She writes a letter, as Dr. Lynn notes a breakthrough.

And finally, Lorraine has one more surgery for her teeth. She's paralyzed with fear, but Nely tries to get her to cowboy up. "It's always a lot of work, and it's hard." All Dr. W has to do now.. is screw the babies in. And they look nice.

Meanwhile, DeLisa is letting the divorce get to her stomach. Time for an intervention. Debbie wants to know how tough DeLisa is, so it's time for... another notch! in the gym. "Her biggest challenge is that sweet tooth." But DeLisa has the will to throw the candy away. Good for her.

Fast forward a month to the final reveal. First up, Capt. Stiles assumes her position after seeing a masculine body and a world-shattering divorce. Will it be Jason's mistake? Let's see... Stiles, front and center. At ease, soldier. Very nice, as she feels like a whole person. She cites divorce as the turning point. And now the point of no-return... at the Mirror of Fate.

"Oh God... Thank you... Wow! It's amazing! So much for the swollen army girl"

Yeah, I'd say so, as she came through a lot. "She's a babe," says Dr. D. Now to Lorraine, who lost all her teeth, 13 years, and a lot of esteem over the years. The challenges now are to learn how to laugh, talk, eat, and smile. Well, here's a start... doesn't take away all the aging, but it gets you there, you know? How would she take it?

"Oh my god! I don't even look like me! You guys are genius!" She can't stop about how different she looks. You can tell she loves it. But now, the moment of truth. Remember, the experts are judging on poise, beauty, overall transformation, and whose surgery cost less. Because Fox doesn't have ANYTHING until Idol starts back up again. Joining Jennifer Patton, Gina Davis, Erica Moore, Kari Bravada, and Cinnamon Smith in the Swan Pageant is... DeLisa. Lorraine's happy to have gotten what she did, though. Here to see her new smile... Brandon, the husband. "Didn't even know what to think in my head." "I feel like I have a whole new beginning to go to," Lorraine says.

But at the end, yet another beginning, as next time we see DeLisa will be in a few weeks for the pageant. Next time we see you will be next week, we hope, as the transformations continue with a bombshell or three.
